Brittany Cartwright Shares Big Family News

Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Brittany Cartwright has never been shy about her deep love for her Kentucky roots. Fans even got a glimpse of her upbringing in the Bluegrass State when she and her now-estranged husband, Jax Taylor, returned to her home for the Bravo spinoff “Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky.”

So any milestone involving the Cartwright clan is worth celebrating. This time, the family’s big news isn’t about Brittany, it’s about her brother. “The Valley” star recently revealed that she is going to become an aunt, sharing a sweet photo of her brother and sister-in-law announcing they are expecting.

Brittany Cartwright is getting ready for aunt duties! “The Valley” star recently shared on Instagram Stories that her younger brother, Blake Cartwright, is going to be a first-time dad.

The reality star reposted a photo on Instagram Stories featuring Blake and his wife, Kristen Cartwright, posing on the beach, with Blake holding a onesie and Kristen holding up sonogram images, announcing that they are expecting.

Tagging both soon-to-be-parents, Brittany wrote over the photo, “My little brother and sis in law are having a baby!!! I can’t wait to be an auntie again, love you so much.”

Kristen shared a series of sweet snapshots of her and Blake celebrating the joyous news, including a close-up of the baby’s onesie. The adorable outfit featured images of the couple’s two dogs and read, “Sammie & Miller’s Best Friend.”

Brittany commented on the post with, “❤️❤️❤️❤️ Love you guys so much!!! Can’t wait to be an auntie again and meet the sweet baby!!!”

According to Bravo, Brittany comes from a big family. She has four siblings in total, one brother, one sister, and two half-brothers from her father’s second marriage.

Fans may recall seeing her brother Wes and sister-in-law Melisha on the VPR spinoff “Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky,” when the family came together to hold a fundraiser to help the couple begin their IVF journey.

In 2017, Brittany shared on Instagram that the couple welcomed a daughter named Presley Tatum Cartwright. “My beautiful, perfect, angel baby niece was born tonight! Look at my brother kissing her 😍💝 Look what God did 💝 I just love my family so much and I am sooooooo blessed I get to be here with them,” she captioned an image of her holding her niece.

Fans are especially eager for the new season of “The Valley,” which will show Brittany stepping into a new chapter without Jax Taylor (who is not a part of season 3) and focusing on raising their son, Cruz.

The trailer sees Brittany getting her “sparkle back” and dating an old friend from Kentucky named Brandon Hanson. In a clip, Brittany shares that dating someone like Hanson is new to her, telling co-star Janet Caperna, “Brandon is, like, very emotionally stable,” to which Caperna replies, “That’s normal.”

The new season will also see Brittany undergoing her “mommy makeover,” which includes getting rid of breast implants that Taylor had helped fund when they began dating.

Brittany had been extremely open to her fans about her makeover, which she first shared in October 2025, sharing a selfie on Instagram with her midsection wrapped in bandages. She captioned the photo, “In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo…I did a thing💕 Something I’ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier.”

The new season of “The Valley” returns on Bravo on Wednesday, April 1, at 8 p.m. ET.
