Brittany Cartwright recently celebrated turning 37 in style, whisking her “The Valley” co-stars away for a fun-filled birthday getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The Bravo star was joined by Janet Caperna, Michelle Saniei, and Lala Kent as the group went full glam from the hotel to the beach, soaking up the sun, snapping plenty of photos, and celebrating Cartwright’s milestone birthday with moments they surely won’t forget.

Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Brittany Cartwright is embracing her newfound confidence as she and her “The Valley” co-stars shared an incredible girls’ trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to celebrate her birthday.
Cartwright, who has been extremely open about her postpartum journey and her “mommy makeover” over the past year, shared photos from the getaway on Instagram, featuring bikini moments and chic outfit changes that reflected how happy and comfortable she feels in her own skin while celebrating with friends.
The reality star showed off her new look in a stunning orange dress, posing poolside with Michelle Saniei, Janet Caperna, and Lala Kent. In another snapshot, the group went full glam once again, with Cartwright stepping out in a chic nude-colored dress featuring rope detailing that highlighted her midriff.
Cartwright also shared bikini photos from the trip, rocking another orange look as she snapped a selfie with Caperna, confidently showing off her toned midsection. In another shot, the women boarded a boat to take in the stunning scenery around them, with Cartwright wearing a black-and-white one-piece swimsuit as they enjoyed a day out on the water.
Cartwright captioned her fun-filled images, “Thank you thank you @garzablancaloscabos for the amazing stay!! The resort is gorgeous, the food was amazing, the spa is beautiful! We had a fabulous time!! 🧡🩵🩷🐳.”
Cartwright Opened up About Her ‘Mommy Makeover’
As previously shared, Cartwright has been very open about her decision to undergo a “mommy makeover,” explaining that it was a very deeply personal choice to help her feel more confident and comfortable in her own skin.
In October 2025, Cartwright shared a selfie that saw her midsection wrapped in compression bandages. “In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo…I did a thing💕 Something I’ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier,” she captioned her image.
That same month, while speaking on her “When Reality Hits” podcast, Cartwright listed all the procedures she had done. “The Valley” star detailed undergoing abdominal reconstruction, liposuction, a tummy tuck, and having her breast implants removed and replaced, while also getting a breast lift.
“I just really wanted to feel good about myself naked,” Cartwright admitted. “Getting dressed was so hard for me. The mental toll it took to leave my house and just not feeling confident, feeling like I didn’t fit into anything. It just was such a struggle for me… I just felt like this was the time to do it.”
