Bravo is keeping the drama alive in Los Angeles. After months of speculation about who would return to “The Valley” season 3, the official cast lineup has finally been revealed — and it comes with some unexpected twists.
‘The Valley’ Season 3 Cast Confirmed
Cameras are now rolling for the new season, and nearly the entire cast is back, according to Bravo and Cocktails. Kristen Doute and her fiancé, Luke Broderick, Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez, Jason and Janet Caperna, Brittany Cartwright, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, Jasmine Goode, and Zack Wickham are all set to return as full-time cast members.
Jesse Lally’s partner, Lacy Nicole, will also film this season, a surprising move considering her refusal to film last season caused a bit of tension at the season 2 reunion.
Meanwhile, more familiar Bravo faces have already been spotted filming alongside the cast. Lala Kent and Scheana Shay, both stars of “Vanderpump Rules,” were seen filming scenes despite earlier reports that Kent would not be part of season 3. With the two women publicly at odds, fans can expect their feud to spark plenty of tension on-screen.
Tom Schwartz and Shay’s husband, Brock Davies, are also reportedly joining season 3.
Filming began with a Sip and See hosted by Nia Sanchez and Kristen Doute to celebrate their newborn daughters.
Jax Taylor’s Exit Reportedly ‘Blindsided’ His Co-Stars
The biggest shake-up of all comes with Taylor’s departure. On July 16, Taylor, 46, announced he would not be returning for season 3, shocking both his co-stars and viewers.
“After an incredibly challenging year, and after many honest conversations with my team and producers, I have decided to step away from the next season of ‘The Valley,’” Taylor said in a statement. He explained that his focus is now on his sobriety and his personal well-being.
According to People, the rest of the cast was blindsided. “They were not given any advance notifications about his exit,” a source told the outlet. “Most of the cast were notified that filming was going to begin at the end of the summer, and they expected Jax would be a part of the new season because — even as lately as yesterday — he hadn’t said otherwise. This is a huge surprise.”
Bravo has not commented on Taylor’s exit.
“The Valley” seasons 1and 2 are available to stream on Peacock.
