“Next Gen NYC” star Gia Giudice has made quite a name for herself, especially with filming for season two of the show being ongoing. Additionally, she’s opening a restaurant with her mother, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice. Recently, the Bravo star offered fans a glimpse at the work in progress.

Giudice took to Instagram on January 31 to post a video tour. She captioned the post, “restaurant update! so excited to see you all in the spring and take you along this journey with me.”

The video begins with her standing outside the building, saying, “Hey guys, welcome to my restaurant. I wanna take you inside and give you a little tour and just the progress of where we’re at. Come on.”

Gia Giudice’s Upcoming Restaurant Is a Work In Progress

The “Next Gen NYC” star continued, showing the updates being made to the restaurant’s entrance. From there, she showed where the “huge bar” would go. Giudice also stated that they were installing the flooring the day she filmed the video.

She continued, “The walls are being painted. There’s going to be a huge chandelier coming down here in the middle. After that, Giudice took the tour upstairs. She showed how the staircase overlooks the full restaurant as she walked.

Toward the end, she said they hoped to achieve a “lounge” aesthetic for the upstairs portion of the restaurant. Finally, there’s a rooftop area that will be open to guests.

The ‘Next Gen NYC’ Star Announced The Restaurant In January

Giudice took to Instagram on January 15 to announce she would open a restaurant. She said, “GUYS… I can FINALLY talk about this!!! This has been a dream of my family’s for so long, and I’m beyond excited to officially step into this next chapter.

I’m so proud to share that I’m partnering with our amazing friend Maria to open your new favorite restaurant in Jersey!! This venture means everything to me—not just as a business, but as a way to continue and honor my mom’s legacy of cooking, family, and bringing people together around the table.

From the food, to the vibe, to the décor, every detail has been so intentional. The team is incredible. The space is stunning. And trust me when I say—the food is NEXT LEVEL.”

She concluded that the restaurant, now to be called Il Vero, will open in Spring 2026 in Westwood, New Jersey.
