Solomon Finds ‘Joy’ in Singing Despite Online Criticism
GettySolomon made his debut on “Summer House” in season 8 and surprised viewers with his singing, using the platform to showcase his musical talent. Though he’s since faced mixed opinions along the way, he’s remained focused on his passion for performing.
“I’ve received a lot of hate for singing, and it definitely gives you pause,” Solomon shared on the “Trading Secrets” podcast with Jason Tartick in April. “But it brings me so much joy, and it feels like what I’m supposed to be doing,” he added.
He continued, “I’m just trying to drown out the haters and do what I love because I’ve sang my entire life. I’ve never thought I was like the greatest singer of all time, but I think I’m pretty good.”
Solomon’s music career appears to be growing despite the haters. In February, the reality star signed with major talent agency Creative Arts Agency (CAA), the same agency that represents stars like Scarlett Johansson, Meryl Streep, and Tom Hanks, signaling a huge step in his music ambitions and a growing push to expand his career.
