Bravo star Paige DeSorbo loves her cat Daphne so much that she named her loungewear collection after her. The former “Summer House” star brought the ragdoll cat home in July 2024 and has been bedrotting with her ever since!
So, it wasn’t all that surprising when DeSorbo decided to channel Daphne for Halloween. Whiskers and all, DeSorbo went all out in a photoshoot, embodying her feline friend. In fact, Daphne dressed up too!
Paige DeSorbo Transformed Into Her Cat Daphne for Halloween
Paige DeSorbo’s Halloween costume this year was purr-fectly on theme. The Bravo star decided to channel her beloved cat Daphne, proving no one does themed costumes quite like her.
Sharing several photos on Instagram, DeSorbo stunned in a white strapless dress paired with pink stilettos, a short white bob, cat ears, and a large pink bow. She completed her look with dramatic makeup, including drawn-on whiskers, a pink nose, and bright blue contacts to match her cat Daphne’s eyes.
But DeSorbo saved some of the best snapshots for last, even having Daphne dress up for Halloween! And who did her furry friend go as? None other than her famous owner.
Daphne posed alongside her mom in a black-and-white gingham dress, a long black wig, and black sunglasses, proving she’s every bit as chic as DeSorbo herself.
Fans loved DeSorbo’s clever Halloween idea. “Daphne in sunglasses! 😭 you guys are the two coolest cats out there!” A fan wrote in the comment section. “OMGGG THIS IS EPIC!” Another fan wrote. “ur purrfect🐱” a comment also read.
DeSorbo Admits She’s ‘100%’ Attracted to Cat Dads
GettyDeSorbo celebrated Daphne’s first birthday in July by partnering with cat food brand Fancy Feast. In her conversation with People, she shared that Daphne was “so chill” meeting the brand’s famous feline ambassador, bought Daphne a “very expensive cat carrier” for her birthday, and even revealed a few tidbits about her own love life.
DeSorbo shared that she’s “100%” attracted to men who have cats as pets because “they’re obviously emotionally intelligent.” She added, “They can read and pick up on signs. So, yes, very into cat dads.”
In June, DeSorbo launched her sleep and loungewear line, named famously after Daphne. In an interview with Refinery29, DeSorbo called Daphne the brand’s “president, CEO, and founder.” She then joked, “And she has mandatory naps during the day, and we love her for that.”
The announcement of her fashion brand came the same month she decided to step away from “Summer House,” after starring on the Bravo show for seven seasons.
Speaking to Byrdie in September, DeSorbo explained that she could not see herself doing another season of the show because “I would’ve been doing a disservice to [the show]. They accept a certain level of showing up, and I couldn’t give them that.”
