‘Below Deck Down Under’ Season 4: Meet the New Crew

When Bravo premiered the epic crossover episode featuring the women of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season 6 and “Below Deck Down Under” season 4, fans were able to get a closer look at Captain Jason Chambers’ new crew.

Fans were already excited about the new yachting crew after Bravo teased the crossover in April, sharing a photo of Chambers, alongside chef Ben Robinson, chief stew Daisy Kelliher, and RHOSLC stars Angie Katsanevas and Mary Cosby. Now, thanks to the latest “Real Housewives” episode, viewers are getting an even better look at the upcoming BDDU crew.

‘Below Deck Down Under’ Season 4 Interior Crew

The RHOSLC and BDDU crossover episode aired on Oct. 28 and primarily focused on the drama between the women of Salt Lake City. However, the episode also showed a closer look at the crew working on the Katina megayacht as they sailed around Canouan Island in the Grenadines.

As fans already know, Captain Jason Chambers is back for a fourth season. Making up his interior team is chief stew Daisy Kelliher, who is no stranger to the “Below Deck” franchise. Kelliher worked as the chief stew for the last four seasons of “Below Deck Sailing Yacht.” With controversy surrounding the spinoff, it’s unclear if it will return.

Kelliher’s interior team includes stew Jenna Woudberg, who hilariously found a cucumber in one of the RHOSLC stars’ bags. According to her Instagram, Woudberg appears to hail from Cape Town, South Africa, and has a passion for travel.

Rounding up the interior team is deck/stew Mike Durrant, who was responsible for making drinks for the RHOSLC cast. Looking at his Instagram, Durrant loves to take selfies, and he isn’t new to the reality TV space. He starred in the first season of “Dating Naked UK.”

Of course, fans were excited to see chef Ben Robinson back in the galley. Robinson starred in the very first season of “Below Deck” in 2013. He starred in the first four seasons of the original series. Robinson also starred on season 1 and season 4 of “Below Deck Med.”

Alesia Harris also returns to the series as Robinson’s sous chef. She had previously starred on BDDU season 3, working under chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph.

‘Below Deck Down Under’ Season 4 Exterior Crew

When it comes to keeping the guests entertained with water toys and making sure no one takes a midnight dip, Chambers seems to have a dependable exterior crew this season.

Fans quickly recognized João Franco, who previously worked as a lead deckhand and a bosun on seasons 3 and 4 of “Below Deck Med.” In fact, Franco and Robinson worked together during the fourth season in the Mediterranean. Now, Franco is the second officer, having much more experience working on yachts.

However, fans shouldn’t expect Franco to hook up with any of the women on the interior team or with RHOSLC’s Britani Bateman. According to Bravo, Franco has been dating his girlfriend, Domi Tiesi, since 2022.

Franco’s deck team consists of Eddy Hounsell and Betul Yazici, both of whom are new to Bravo. As fans saw on the RHOSLC episode, Hounsell appears to be a very reliable deckhand, helping Katsanevas get back on the Katina when she was terribly seasick.

Hounsell’s Instagram reveals he’s a thrill-seeking traveler, much like stew Woudberg. Lastly, a quick scroll through Yazici’s Instagram reveals she’s all about travel and having fun. She is no stranger to life on the water.

Here’s hoping this crew keeps Chambers proud.

  1. I felt sorry for the crew waiting on th brat cast of Housewives of Salt Lake City. The drunken behavior they displayed is embarrassing to watch for middle aged women to be rude and obnoxious.Andy Cohen can show favoritism to Heather Gay, but she has a sense of entitlement since she did her Mormon book/documentary. Her sidekick cousin Whitney lacks substance and relevance to the dialogue. Then you have Angie and Brittani who are over dramatic and starving for attention. It was very rude to disregard fellow Bravo employees and their duties to give the guests a good experience on the yacht, by yelling and screaming at each other. Ben had prepared awesome dishes that went unnoticed.
