Dr. Nicole Martin and Anthony Lopez are taking Miami luxury living to new heights. The “Real Housewives of Miami” alum and her insurance attorney fiancé just bought a $34 million waterfront estate in Coral Gables — and the jaw-dropping property is every bit as extravagant as fans would expect.
Inside Dr. Nicole Martin and Anthony Lopez’s $34 Million Mansion
The new home is situated in the guard-gated Gables Estates community, one of the most exclusive enclaves in South Florida, according to The Robb Report. With only 14 homes in the neighborhood, the estate offers the couple privacy and stunning views of Biscayne Bay. Stretching across 225 feet of shoreline, the property includes a private dock and boat lift, making it ideal for yachting.
The house, built in 2004, boasts a celebrity pedigree. Miami Heat legend Alonzo Mourning once owned the residence after purchasing it in 2005.
At the center is a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances. Wine lovers will swoon over the climate-controlled cellar, which can hold more than 2,700 bottles. The estate also boasts two home offices, a game and entertainment room, a full gym, and impact-resistant windows and doors — crucial for Miami’s hurricane season.
The expansive interior spaces flow directly outside to wide terraces, a summer kitchen, and a bayfront pool. With a four-car garage, full-house generator, and elevator, the estate combines indulgence with functionality.
The former RHOM star’s backyard is a true highlight, offering space for alfresco dining under the stars, lounging by the water, and docking a yacht just steps from the terrace. It’s a mix of elegance, comfort, and exclusivity — the exact formula that defines South Florida luxury.
The Couple’s Record-Breaking Real Estate Moves
This isn’t the first time Martin and Lopez have made waves in Miami real estate. Just weeks ago, they sold their renovated Old Cutler Bay estate to British pop star Robbie Williams in an off-market deal valued at $40 million.
The couple had purchased that property in 2022 for $21.5 million and spent two years transforming it, doubling their investment when they sold.
In 2022, they made headlines when they closed on a $44 million deal with Jeff Bezos’s mother.
While Dr. Nicole is no longer a full-time cast member on “The Real Housewives of Miami,” she did pop up to have lunch with Guerdy Abraira in season 6.
Fans can catch new episodes of RHOM on Thursday nights on Bravo.
