Bravo’s “The Valley” follows former “Vanderpump Rules” stars like Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, and Jax Taylor, as they navigate life in the San Fernando Valley, trading their party-focused lifestyles for marriage and parenthood.
With season 3 underway, cast member Jasmine Goode and her fiancée, Melissa Marie, recently celebrated a huge milestone after Cartwright hosted their engagement party. Several photos showed the entire “The Valley” cast in attendance to celebrate their love.
Brittany Cartwright Throws Engagement Party for Jasmine Goode & Melissa Marie
“The Valley” star Jasmine Goode and her fiancée, Melissa Marie, had a beautiful engagement party hosted by their friend and co-star Brittany Cartwright. The couple celebrated their love for one another at the Godfrey Hotel Hollywood in Los Angeles on Oct. 27, where most of their Bravo co-stars were in attendance.
On Instagram, Goode shared several snapshots of the special day, including showcasing her and Marie’s cream-colored outfits that matched perfectly with the decor. Photos showed a path of tall candles that led to a stunning flower wall of white roses, where the couple and their family and friends posed in front of.
Other snaps included co-star Zack Wickham giving a passionate speech, a sign of the couple’s signature drinks, and Goode hugging co-star Jesse Lally, with VPR star Tom Schwartz spotted in the background.
“Still smiling from our engagement party 🥹💍 We got to celebrate with all our LA family and it was honestly everything we dreamed of ✨ Huge thank you to our bestie @brittany for throwing us the most beautiful night!! We love you so much 🤍,” Goode captioned her series of photos.
Cartwright also shared her own carousel of images of the dreamy engagement, and included a photo of the ladies of “The Valley.” Michelle Saniei, Janet Caperna, and Lala Kent, who reportedly officially joined the cast for season 3, posed alongside Goode, Marie, and Cartwright.
Goode and Marie got engaged in November 2024 while on a trip to Italy.
The Valley Season 3 Will See Lala Kent in a Bigger Role While Scheana Shay Departs the Show
“The Valley” reintroduced “Vanderpump Rules” stars Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, and Jax Taylor living in the San Fernando Valley. By season 2, a few more VPR stars came on board, but as “friends of” the cast, including Tom Schwartz, Lala Kent, and Scheana Shay.
Fans had mixed feelings about seeing more VPR castmates on their screens, with some excited to see familiar faces while others hoped the show would focus on fresh, original storylines. While season 3 does not yet have a premiere date, filming began this summer. Kent is reportedly having a bigger role in the new season, while Shay is not returning.
Speaking to OK! about joining the cast, Kent shared, “I feel happy about it. I feel good about it. I get to hang out with my friends, which I would be doing anyway. I have no complaints right now. I don’t regret the decision. I missed it. I love doing reality TV, I love the art of it, I love watching it. It just didn’t feel like I was done.”
Meanwhile, Shay admitted in an October episode of her “Scheananigans with Scheana Shay” podcast that while she was given an offer to star in season 3, she ultimately declined. In fact, she got some much-needed advice from “Summer House” star Paige DeSorbo about taking a break from reality TV to focus on other projects.
