“Summer House” stars West Wilson and Amanda Batula confirmed their relationship in March. This came after he previously dated costar Ciara Miller, who was good friends with Batula. Now, months later, an insider is speaking out, revealing that the Bravo stars are doing better than ever amid her debut on the new series “In the City.”
Regarding “Summer House,” the show’s season 9 finale recently aired with part one of the much-buzzed-about reunion set for May 26. Notably, Bravo plans to show the reunion in a New York theater ahead of its premiere. This follows the significant leak that happened hours after Wilson, Batula, Miller, and the rest of the cast filmed the three-part special.
It’s also worth noting that “In the City” premiered directly after the season finale.
‘Summer House’ Stars West Wilson & Amanda Batula Are Reportedly Doing Really Well
GettyThere has been considerable discussion about whether Wilson and Batula would last. This is the case because even their March confirmation of their relationship didn’t clarify their status. Plus, it was reported that he had been involved with Miller shortly before the social media statement.
However, in May, an insider spoke to US Weekly, offering some insight into where the “Summer House” stars stand today. They first said, “West and Amanda are still dating.” The person then mentioned their costars, saying, “The cast doesn’t think they’re going to last.”
Regarding what they’ve been up to recently, the insider stated that Wilson took Batula to meet his mother in May. They added, “So they are getting serious.”
Regarding their joint Instagram statement, the Bravo stars said, “We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity.”
The statement later said, “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”
They added, “As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless. We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this.”
Bravo Recently Released the ‘Summer House’ Reunion Trailer
As mentioned, the “Summer House” season 10 reunion is set to premiere on May 26, with two more parts to debut in the subsequent weeks. Ahead of it, Bravo released the dramatic trailer on May 19. It begins with a text overlay that reads “March 31, 2026,” which is the day of Wilson and Batula’s statement.
From there, it shows costars Lindsay Hubbard and Kyle Cooke reacting to the news, with Hubbard saying, “For the love of God,” after he tells her to look at her phone. After that, a voice-over can be heard reading Wilson and Batula’s statement.
Once on stage, Andy Cohen asked the couple if they were in love. The trailer then teases more drama from the three-part season 10 “Summer House” reunion.
