Jan Ravnik and Jen Affleck had an incredible time on “Dancing with the Stars” and won over the judges and their fans. They were eliminated on Halloween Night in Week 7, and ahead of Show Day tomorrow, November 4, Ravnik has broken his Instagram silence to discuss his DWTS experience.
Jan Ravnik Breaks IG Silence
As a first-time pro dancer, the season was a challenge for Ravnik. He also has no ballroom experience, but he is a terrific dancer and partner. In his Instagram post on November 3, he shared several highlights alongside Affleck.
He used the caption to share his thoughts as he reflected fondly on his experience. “What an unforgettable 7 weeks on @dancingwiththestars!” the caption reads. “Thank you all so much for every vote. I’m beyond grateful for this incredible journey with @jenniferlaffleck.”
Affleck reacted to the post with nothing but love for her partner. “The best partnership this season in my opinion thank you for making the experience unforgettable,” she wrote. Jen’s husband Zac Afleck also showed his support, writing, “Jan you’re an incredible dude! Thank you for all you did and making this so special for Jen!”

The post’s comment section has been flooded with supportive messages from fans and other DWTS pros. “Please come back next season,” a fan wrote, followed by heartbroken emojis. “Jan, I truly hope you’re on the next season,” another fan shared.
Other reactions include, “You both did amazing,” “So proud of you!!! You’re a star!!!,” “Please do something together again!,” and “Huge congrats Jan You were so incredible. Such an awesome adventure.”
“Crushed it brother CONGRATULATIONS,” beloved former DWTS professional dancer Sasha Farber wrote. “You guys are SO amazing! I can’t even tell you how much me and Andy miss you at the studio!!!!” Emma Slater shared. With a second comment, she added, “Congratulations, both of you, on such a powerful and memorable season.”

It has been a tough season for Ravnik as he deals with press, anxiety, and harsh criticism from former DWTS pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy. In a TikTok Live, a clip of which was later shared to the “Dancing with the Stars” Reddit forum, Ravnik admitted to losing weight during his time on the show. Fans really hope he will be back for Season 35, and he makes a fantastic addition to the pro cast!
