Robert Irwin Announces Jaw-Dropping Wedding Offer for Superstar Celeb Couple

“Dancing with the Stars” Season 34 champion Robert Irwin has some connections to Taylor Swift. Not only does the pop superstar have a past performing on the ABC celebrity ballroom competition that Irwin just won, but one of her Eras Tour backup dancers, Jan Ravnik, was a pro dancer in the same season.

Now, Irwin has issued an invite to Australia to Swift and her fiancé, Travis Kelce, to tie the knot at the Australia Zoo in Queensland, Australia, where he serves as a zookeeper. The venue is also where his parents and his sister, Bindi, got married.

Irwin made the offer while speaking on ABC News’ upcoming special, “The Year: 2025.” “Wow, Travis and Taylor,” Irwin said. “You know what’d really, in my opinion, just absolutely make that wedding is if it was an Australian wedding. So Travis and Taylor, hit me up. I got you.”

Swift and Kelce got engaged in August 2025 and have not shared details on their wedding plans. In September, an insider told People the A-list couple will likely have “a private affair and not a spectacle.”

If Swift and Kelce opt to have a big wedding, Irwin’s zoo could be the place. The DWTS champ told ABC News that many weddings have taken place at the Australia Zoo.

“One of the things that we do that is the most popular is weddings at the Australia Zoo. We have hosted many,” he said in the interview. “We have this beautiful, and I mean beautiful, location overlooking the African savanna, where rhinos and giraffes are just frolicking out in the open, in the wild. And you get married over that, and it’s stunning.”

“And we’ve had many people get married there, and it’s just a life-changing experience,” he added.

There Are Several Wedding Packages Available at Australia Zoo

The official Australia Zoo website teases several wedding packages. Noting that couples Steve and Terri Irwin and Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell “met, fell in love and started their fairytale romance at Australia Zoo,” the “Crikey Crew” offers to help anyone make their wedding dreams come true.

“Tie the knot in our world-famous Zoo grounds with our beautiful animals amongst your witnesses,” the site teases. While there are intimate and larger-scale packages, there are also more flexible options.

In addition to an “Enchanting Elopement Package” for up to 40 guests, there’s also the larger “The Closest Thing To Heaven Ceremony” package, which features kangaroos jumping about during the bride’s walk down the aisle to a vow exchange set under gum trees.

There’s also the “Serengeti Safari Ceremony” package, which Irwin described to ABC, as well as a “Serengeti Sunset Ceremony” package and other wedding reception and vow renewal packages.
