Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were guests at the 40th anniversary gala for the David Foster Foundation in Victoria, Canada. The event, held on Friday, August 7, celebrated the music icon and his foundation.
According to the foundation’s official website, the organization provides “financial support to Canadian families with children in need of life-saving organ transplants. In addition to helping families with their non-medical expenses, the Foundation strives to increase public awareness and education about the importance of becoming a registered organ donor in Canada and the United States.”
On the social media platform X, a video clip of Meghan, Harry, and Foster showed the interaction. The video shows the couple greeting him, but Foster appears to only acknowledge Harry.
Behind Foster was his wife, former “American Idol” contestant Katherine McPhee. She also walked past Harry and Meghan, but then turned around to pose for a group photo with his wife, Foster.
