“DWTS” fan favorite Robert Irwin caught up with Kevin Frazier from Entertainment Tonight during an interview ahead of Super Bowl LX in San Francisco, where he addressed the possibility of him being the next star of “The Bachelor.”
When asked if he’d ever do another reality TV show, more specifically “The Bachelor,” Irwin told Frazier, “Honestly, never say never. I’m in this realm right now where I’m like, never say never.”
“You know what? Watch this space. Who knows?” Irwin added. “It’s a strange world. Anything could happen.”
Robert Irwin Elaborates on His Love Life
Elsewhere in the interview, Frazier probed the 22-year-old even more about his love life, prompting Irwin to admit that his life off of the “DWTS” stage is much different than one might imagine. “My life is a lot more boring than you might think,” he said, adding that he credits his wildlife conservation passion for keeping him enthusiastic.
Nonetheless, Irwin confirmed that despite keeping relationship details under wraps, everything is going well when it comes to his love life. “I keep that side of my life pretty, pretty private, you know, but everything’s good, all good. Life’s great,” he told Frazier.
Robert Irwin Idolizes the Love His Parents Had
Irwin went on to talk about having his older sister, Bindi Irwin, and her husband, Chandler Powell, to look up to when it comes to the type of love he wants for himself. He also mentioned his parents, Steve Irwin and Terri Irwin. “In my life, I have great people to look up to as, like, what it is to be like couples goals,” he said of his family members.
Irwin previously opened up on the “Rob, Kip & Corey” KIIS FM show about whether or not he was actively looking for love after his “DWTS” win, leading him to share that it’s certainly on his mind.
“Oh, definitely. It’s one of these things where I’m like, at this point in my life, you sort of, you gotta let it happen, because I’m so here and there and everywhere and 100 miles per hour. I’m open to it,” he said.
There has even been speculation that Irwin is dating “DWTS” contestant Xochitl Gomez after she surprised him during the season 34 finale to cheer him on, People reported. Fans seem to think the pair are privately dating, but both Irwin and the Marvel star have dispelled such claims.
