Gerber posed for photos with her supermodel mom, Cindy Crawford, 60, father, Rande Gerber, and brother Presley Gerber for the event, but it was her matching denim look with her mom that fans can’t stop talking about.
The mother-and-daughter duo wore similar jeans from Gerber’s curated collection with the brand, and it wasn’t the first time they coordinated, with Gerber having previously shared that she has always been inspired by her mom’s fashion looks.

In photos shared on Crawford’s Instagram, both Gerber and Crawford wore straight-leg blue jeans, though Gerber opted for a baggier fit with a frayed hem. She paired her denim with a simple white long-sleeve top and kitten heels, while her mom embraced the denim-on-denim trend in a classic button-down shirt.
The two also mirrored each other with similarly styled brunette waves, wearing their hair down in loose curls.
Gerber has long taken inspiration from her supermodel mom, following in Crawford’s footsteps not just in modeling, but also in fashion. In one memorable moment, she paid tribute to her mom by recreating one of her most iconic looks for her 18th birthday in 2019. According to Page Six, the model wore a bondage-inspired Versace ensemble that closely resembled the dress Crawford wore to the 1992 MTV Video Music Awards.

“I’m probably more inspired by you, than you are by me. Her style has been pretty dialed in for a while. The older I get, the more I go into your territory, which is classic,” she said.
Gerber continued, “The nice thing about like looking quite similar to a parent is if I want to know if a hair or makeup look will look good on me, I will look up pictures of my mom—because if it looks good on her, most of the time, I can pull it off as well.”
Gerber also gets to raid her mother’s closet with Crawford, telling the outlet, “We recently went to an event, and Kaia found an old Alaïa dress that I had. Nothing makes me happier. If she wants to wear something that I wore 30 years ago, what bigger compliment is that?”
The supermodel also revealed that she would “love” for her daughter to consider wearing her wedding dress. How iconic would that be?
