Gerber was on “The Mitch Churi Chat Show” to talk about her role on Ryan Murphy’s “The Shards.” She revealed that her mother was worried about her working on the erotic thriller. Gerber was a fan of the first season of “American Horror Story” and had the opportunity to film in it.

“My mom gave me holy water to go to set with cause she was like, ‘I don’t want you to get possessed. I was told that I was possessed as a child,” she revealed. The host asked why her mother believed that and if it was because of her bad behavior.

“No, I wasn’t,” she responded. “I just was possessed. I was haunted my whole life.” Gerber agreed with her mother that she attracts “beings from the other dimension in a very casual and chill way.”

She had an exorcism and a didgeridoo was played all over her. “That actually did happen,” she said after the host asked. “I have never talked about it. But that actually did happen.”

The first season of “American Horror Story” had the theme of ghosts with Murder House. The Harmon family moved to Los Angeles, and it was filled with ghosts.

The model is on the cover of the September Vogue issue with Homer Gere. She talked about her childhood and her brother Presley’s addiction struggles.

“When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone,” she said. “I think that’s also why I started to self-identify as the easy one and never wanted to ask for help. Because it felt like too much to have two children who were needing.”

Presley revealed he was treating his panic attacks with Buprenorphine, Xanax and valium in an Instagram video, according to People. He said that he was figuring things out with his doctors and hoped to take fewer medications to treat his mental health in the future.

The Shards star said she was proud of her brother being open, and her parents tend to be private. Crawford turned 60 this year and opened up about her life. She hasn’t talked about her daughter’s run-in with the paranormal, but she used such language about her home with her husband, Rande Gerber.

“We’re empty-nesters now, so we’re trying to figure out what our next chapter is,” the mother of two said, according to Hello! “Our house [in Malibu] is such a family house that my husband and I both rattle around in it. I always say the ghosts of the kids are everywhere. I miss them more when I’m in that house because I walk by their childhood bedrooms and all the memories come back.”

The Shards airs new episodes Wednesdays on FX and is available to stream on Hulu.
