The news around Jennifer Aniston these days has largely centered around her adorable relationship with boyfriend, Jim Curtis. However, the actress has now created a bit of a buzz thanks to a new video showing her wearing a bikini.
In an Instagram post shared by Aniston’s haircare brand, LolaVie, the “Friends” star can be seen standing beside a pool before diving in. Wearing a black bikini top and pink bottoms, the actress looks fabulous as she spends time in the sunshine.
As the video continues, Aniston explains how she keeps the tangles out of her hair after going for a swim.

“I love Jennifer Aniston’s tips even more when they come with an amazing video like this. 😍😍❤️,” one person wrote.
Another fan added, “Jen is soo beautiful, I love her 😍❤️🔥”

Aniston Has Opened Up About Food & Exercise
If you’re wondering how Aniston stays fit, it apparently has to do with what she eats and the exercise that she does.
“My nutrition is very much the same,” she told People in May 2024. “It’s usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups and then everything I would possibly want on a weekend. I always give myself a cheat day.”
When it comes to what she chooses to eat when her cheat days come around, she said, “Well, it depends. I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It’s not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”
As for exercise, Aniston tries to get it done in the morning. She explained, “I always feel like after a long day, the last thing I want to do is work out. I admire those who really can come home from a day of work and get themselves into workout wear and into the gym at night. I find that it’s incredible, but I just can’t see myself doing that.”
When she struggles to get motivated, she noted, “I say, ‘Just go. Do five minutes. Just move for at least five minutes.’ Then you find if you’ve gotten through the first 10 minutes of anything, you can probably do another 10 and then another 10, and then you just keep going.”
