In the nearly three months since Kelley Wolf announced her divorce from “Party of Five” alum and Hallmark fan favorite Scott Wolf, following 21 years of marriage, many have grown worried about her well-being. Specifically, since announcing their split on June 10, 2025, Kelley has been placed under two involuntary holds and was arrested on August 26.
On September 1, 2025, People reported that a judge had put new rules in place to help ensure the family’s well-being. In addition to a previous order requiring Kelley to receive treatment, a new protective order has been issued, according to People, which requires that Kelley not have any direct or indirect contact with Scott or their three children: Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11).
The judge ordered that Kelley is only allowed to have contact with Scott during mediation sessions with a “Court Qualified Mediator” as it concerns their divorce or custody. Scott was granted sole physical custody of the children in June, which the courts have upheld.
Kelley Wolf is Required to Undergo Treatment After Police Say She Released Scott Wolf’s Phone Number on Social Media
The new protective orders come four days after TMZ reported that Kelley was arrested on August 26 on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information after she posted Scott’s personal phone number on Instagram.
“He received about 24 calls and multiple texts in the first ten minutes from the time of the first call,” the police report stated, according to People. “He stated that the phone number is to his personal phone, which he uses to communicate with his kids, and that this is causing a major disruption for him.”
A judge set her bail at $5,000 and was released on August 28, People reported, with a court order to “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological, or psychiatric treatment,” along with barring her from consuming “any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.”
The Last Order Allowed Kelley Wolf To See Her Children
People further reports that the first agreement, which was filed on July 15, allowed Kelley “supervised parenting time as coordinated by counsel, and three supervised video or phone calls per week with the children during reasonable waking hours.”
“If the court-appointed guardian raised concerns, all parties were required to reevaluate whether supervision remained necessary,” the outlet added. “Kelley was also allowed to respond if the children initiated additional contact. The ultimate goal, the agreement claimed, was for Kelley to eventually regain unsupervised parenting time.”
On August 22, a judge upheld the agreement, giving Kelley “liberal” supervised visitation after she had posted a video of herself trying to get into the family’s Park City, Utah, home. The judge also said that the couple’s children had to have a safe-harbor therapist.
