October 2025 Hallmark Channel Movie Premieres & Series
Countdown to Christmas is expected to kick off on Friday, October 17 based on Hallmark’s weekly Facebook alerts about the annual programming stunt, with wall-to-wall holiday movies, including dozens of new titles.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4 — “Home Turf” — 8 p.m. Eastern time: Hallmark fan favorites Nikki DeLoach and Warren Christie star in this new fall flick. According to IMDb, the movie’s logline says, “Cassidy is the president of a small college whose life is thrown for a loop when freshmen on the football team move into her home. Can Logan, the handsome coach, help smooth things over?”
MONDAY, OCTOBER 6 — “Celebrations With Lacey Chabert” Season 2, Episode 7 — 8 p.m. Eastern: As of September 2, Hallmark hadn’t released details on the second half of Chabert’s season two, but we do know, via Variety, that the remaining nonprofits to be featured and celebrated will be Tierra Del Sol; The Little Zoo, RaisingHOPE, and Girl Well.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 6 — “Celebrations With Lacey Chabert” Season 2 FINALE — 9 p.m. Eastern: Hallmark previously stated that the second season would have eight episodes, so we anticipate this to be the season two finale. As of September 2, Hallmark hadn’t released details on the second half of Chabert’s season two, but we do know, via Variety, that the remaining nonprofits to be featured and celebrated will be Tierra Del Sol; The Little Zoo, RaisingHOPE, and Girl Well.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11 — “Haul Out the Halloween” — 8 p.m. Eastern time: Hallmark confirmed on September 2 that it will finish fall with a bang — or a boo! This highly-anticipated premiere brings back the primary cast of the 2022 and 2023 “Haul Out the Holly” movies starring Wes Brown, Lacey Chabert, Melissa Peterman, and more. Adding a fun twist, “Halloweentown” alums Kimberly J. Brown and Daniel Kountz join the cast! According to Hallmark’s logline, “Halloween-obsessed neighbors inspire residents of Evergreen Lane to haul out their spookiest costumes and décor to become EverSCREAM Lane.”
(UPDATED!) SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12 — “Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Buried at C” — 8 p.m. Eastern time: A surprise addition to the fall lineup (but perfectly timed for Halloween!) is the second movie in Tamera Mowry-Housley’s “Haunted Harmony Mysteries” franchise, two years after the first — “Murder in D Minor” — premiered in September 2023. The synopsis states, “Our favorite music teacher Gethsemane is back again along with her trusted ghost friend Eamon to solve the unexplained death of a sea captain.”
DATE TBD — “Finding Mr. Christmas” Season 2: Hallmark announced in August that Jonathan Bennett and Melissa Peterman’s hit reality competition’s second season would move from Hallmark+ to Hallmark Channel as part of a Monday night lineup of unscripted shows. Since the network is airing Chabert’s eight episodes of “Celebrations” across four Mondays, we suspect “Finding Mr. Christmas” may have a similar schedule. The question is whether it will premiere on October 13, before Countdown to Christmas officially begins, or the following week. Also on the horizon is Tamera Mowry-Housley’s unscripted competition, “Baked With Love: Holiday,” with its premiere date also TBD.
