Egypt Sherrod admitted that she skipped work โ but for the best reason. The former HGTV star shared a heartfelt reminder about the importance of balance, revealing why sometimes you have to reprioritize what matters most.
Egypt Sherrod Is ‘Choosing Balance’ & ‘Chasing Joy’
On February 19, Sherrod took to Instagram to share a video of her playing football with her daughter.
“Called out this afternoon for the best reason ever … playtime with my kiddos,” she wrote in the caption.
Sherrod continued, “Kendall’s arm is an absolute BEAST … she’s got me out here dodging throws and sounding like a full-on banshee. ๐คฃ I didn’t sign up for the major leagues, but here we are!”
The former HGTV star noted, “Deadlines can wait. Laughter can’t.”
“Here’s to choosing balance, chasing JOY, and saying ‘yes’ to the moments that matter most,” Sherrod added.
