HGTV’s Jenny and Dave Marrs celebrated their 21-year wedding anniversary on April 2, taking to Instagram to share in the joy of their lifelong love.
In a heartfelt post from Jenny, she recalled the day she and Dave got married, detailing the standout moments from their special day, including having her childhood pastor officiate, saying “I do” in front of 250 of their closest loved ones and her dad personally making their wedding cake.

“Our wedding day was one of the windiest on record for early April, and my veil and hair twirled throughout the ceremony, as my childhood pastor married us outside. Grandma Shirley sang. Our eyes glistened with joyful tears,” Jenny wrote alongside a photo from their ceremony.
“My dad painstakingly baked our stunning wedding cake, and because he knows of my deep affinity for cake, he made a miniature version as a gift for each of our 250 guests,” she continued. “We danced late into the night, surrounded by our family and lifelong friends. We celebrated the absolute wonderment of finding each other. We marveled at the fact that every person we loved most in the world was there, gathered in one room for one magical night. It was a day we would never, eve forget.”
Jenny ended her reminiscent post for her husband by saying that after 21 years of marriage, she’s even more in love with him now than ever before. “And today, twenty-one incredible, messy, joy-laden, grief-soaked, immensely and abundantly beautiful years later, I love you even more than I did that day,” she wrote. “I do, forever and always 🤍.”
Jenny and Dave tied the knot in 2005 at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, People reported. Initially meeting in 2002 while working together in different departments for Newell Rubbermaid, the “Fixer to Fabulous” couple became engaged in 2004 when Dave popped the question in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. They now have five children together: twins Nathan and Ben; Sylvie, who was adopted from the Dominican Republic of Congo; Charlotte; and Luke.

To keep the anniversary celebration rolling, Dave shared a heartfelt message for Jenny. The HGTV star put together a loving video montage for his wife full of family photos, captioning the clip by expressing excitement for the next 21 years together.
“21 years today! Happy anniversary to my partner in this life. You have been right by my side through it all,” he wrote. “Our family, our farm, our business. All the moments; the beautiful, the quiet, the loud, the joyful, and the sad. I can’t wait for the next 21. I love you Jenny Marrs.”
Jenny responded to her husband’s anniversary message in the comments by exclaiming how thankful she is to have him by her side. “What a life we have lived together!” she said. “I am so immensely grateful for you today and every single day! I love you!!!!”
