On October 22, Jenny took to Instagram to share an exciting “Fixer to Fabulous” update. “I think, more than any other season, this one has been wild, stressful, emotional and rewarding,” she wrote. “We can’t wait to show you all the projects we’ve been working on and the families we have been working with. 12 new projects and 12 new stories are coming your way in just six weeks!”
December 3: “Cheap A$$ Beach Houses” Premieres
Owning a beach house can become a reality, as viewers will discover on HGTV’s new series “Cheap A$$ Beach Houses.”
The HGTV press release explains, “Bargain buyers will chase their coastal dreams on realistic budgets, proving you don’t need to break the bank to live the beach life.”
The first two episodes of the 16-episode season feature married surfers finding a home in Virginia Beach and a couple from Flint, Michigan looking for a home in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. “Cheap A$$ Beach Houses” premieres December 3 at 9 and 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.
December 9: “Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain House” Premieres
Chip and Joanna Gaines are back with their popular home renovation series, and this time they’re tackling a project outside of Waco, Texas.
On October 28, Joanna shared a trailer for their new show, noting in the caption: “‘Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain House’ is coming this December! Watch @chipgaines and me turn this 1960s home in the heart of the Rockies into a cozy family retreat.”
December 14: “White House Christmas 2025” Special Airs
Check out the one-hour special, “White House Christmas 2025,” which takes viewers behind the scenes at the White House for its holiday transformation.
“Fans will get a glimpse of the massive, three-day undertaking that spotlights spectacular trees, breathtaking decor, incredible gingerbread creations and much more,” the press release notes.
“White House Christmas 2025” airs December 14 at 6 p.m. ET/PT.
December 19: “My Lottery Dream Home: David’s Happy Ending” Airs
“My Lottery Dream Home: David’s Happy Ending” is a one-hour special featuring HGTV star David Bromstad’s exciting home renovation.
According to the press release, Bromstad “will begin a fairytale-inspired renovation on his new home — with plans to update the kitchen and add an extension with a main bedroom, walk-in closet and theate — but he never expects to embark on a four-year long journey.”
The release notes, “After a massive storm causes the house to flood, David will demo the entire house down to the studs to eradicate mold. When the stress and pressure become too much, he’ll make the tough decision to pause the project for a year due to its mental and physical toll.”
Bromstad is inspired during a trip to Norway and pivots from the fairytale design to “something even more unique that represents this new chapter in his journey.”
Watch “My Lottery Dream Home: David’s Happy Ending” on December 19 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
December 26: “Junk or Jackpot?” Premieres
Host Bobby Berk helps people with memorabilia collections in “Junk or Jackpot?,” premiering December 26 at 9:30 p.m. ET.
“This show is about helping people reclaim their peace and sense of self, and it was so fulfilling to help these owners unlock their full potential through this process,” Berk shared in an HGTV press release.
He added, “So many of them were overwhelmed, not just by the amount of stuff in their homes, but by the emotions and memories attached to it all. Helping them find clarity and create spaces that reflect who they are was so rewarding.”
December 28: “Celebrity IOU” Returns
Drew and Jonathan Scott return with a new season of “Celebrity IOU” on December 28 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
They’ll be joined by Ike Barinholtz, Eva Longoria, Mario Lopez, William Shatner, and John Stamos for five new episodes.
Stamos kicks off the first episode, surprising his best friend of 50 years with a garage and patio renovation that creates spaces to make music and gather with family and friends.
