Danilo Mariano Leão Laureano’s Wife Says His Heart Attack Was ‘Very Sudden’
“When we got there, he had already had one cardiac arrest,” Thays said of her husband, The Sun reported. “Then he had two more.”
“It was all very sudden, out of nowhere. No one was expecting it,” Danilo’s wife added. “He had an infection, took antibiotics for 10 days, and was doing really well.”
She continued, “He repeated the tests, and everything was normal, everything stable.”
Although a post-mortem death certificate has not yet been issued, doctors have reason to believe Danilo’s heart attack was likely linked to thrombosis.

In the years leading up to his death, Danilo battled with diabetes, which saw him undergo several amputations, including toes and part of his heel, his wife shared. Thays said that Danilo had suffered from diabetes since 2006. Nonetheless, the rapper’s cardiac arrests came as a shock to his wife, who said that he had no signs of illness or discomfort before his death.
