Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco seem to be enjoying life as newlyweds. That apparently includes attending their first red carpet together as husband and wife.
Although there wasn’t actually a red carpet present — instead, the event leaned towards a cool blue vibe — Selena and Benny slayed during their appearance at the 5th Annual Academy Museum Gala at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Ted Mann Theater in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 18.
For the occasion, Selena opted for a full-length black gown with a glittery whisp of detail across her chest. She finished the look with long earrings, deep red lipstick and a jack thrown over her shoulders.
Benny also wore black, but paired his dark suit with a shiny blue shirt and a few thick necklaces.
Together, they looked sauve, stylish and happy.

While it looks like Selena and Benny were enjoying their night out, fans were also happy to see the pair at an industry event.

It was just back on September 27 that Selena and Benny tied the knot. A source told People, “There was so much love in the room.”
“At the reception, everyone was letting loose and celebrating them well into the night. The vibe was so much fun,” according to the insider. They also revealed that Selena and Benny were “glowing all night” and “couldn’t stop smiling.”
Following the wedding, Selena and Benny decided to enjoy a “little honeymoon,” a source noted while talking to People.
Heading out on a road-trip, the source explained, “They loved their little honeymoon. They celebrated for days during their wedding and was on such a high. They really enjoyed slowing down, going on a road trip to explore and relax.”
Apparently, “they drove up the Cali coast and also visited Texas.”
