‘We Have to Be Careful‘
Speaking to students, Schwarzenegger issued a somber warning. “We have to be very careful that we don’t get any closer to the cliff because when you fall down the cliff, down there, there’s no democracy,” he said.
Schwarzenegger, who served as California’s governor from 2003 to 2011, used the moment to urge Americans to reflect on unity and avoid division in the wake of violence.

“USC President Kim asked me for my thoughts about Charlie Kirk at USC’s Democracy Day celebration. There’s something more important than my message in this video. It’s what you don’t hear. No heckling. No disrespect. No shouting,” Schwarzenegger said, as reported by The Hill.
He emphasized that while social media amplifies the loudest negativity, it does not represent the majority. “Don’t let these companies and the rage influencers that profit from them convince you the worst of us are the most of us,” he continued. “They are a tiny minority that gets too much attention because anger makes you post, repost, and like.”

“If you find yourself falling for the anger, go out in the real world and make yourself human again,” he urged.
The actor-turned-politician made it clear that, in light of Kirk’s death, he remains committed to speaking out on the importance of democracy, respect, and resilience.
Charlie’s Wife Shares Emotional Tribute
(Photo by Eric Thayer/Getty Images)Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk, has shared an emotional tribute to her late husband after his assassination at Utah Valley University.
Posting a carousel of photos on Instagram, Erika opened up about her grief and the profound love they shared.
“The sound of this widow weeping echoes throughout this world like a battle cry,” she wrote. “I have no idea what any of this means. But baby I know you do and so does our Lord.”
She continued, “Rest in the arms of our Lord baby as He blankets you with the words I know your heart always strived to hear, ‘well done, My good and faithful servant.’”
