While a fair share of the recent buzz around David Beckham has involved the rift with his son, Brooklyn, the former professional soccer player has just made news with a major real estate move.
A company headed by Beckham has sold his Miami penthouse for $24.6 million, South Florida Business Journal reported.
Property records show that Beckham Brand Limited bought the condo for $19.8 million in 2020, according to the New York Post. For that amount, the athlete scored an incredibly impressive abode.
The Penthouse Boasts ‘Modernist Interiors’ & ‘Breathtaking’ Views
Found on the 59th floor, the penthouse features a large balcony so the new owners can enjoy an stunning outdoor space.
Inside, the 9,200-square-foot home offers residents five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The New York Post adds that “[t]he unit’s modernist interiors feature 50 feet of floor-to-ceiling motorized and sculptural windows overlooking 28th Street.”
That’s not to mention the fact that the condos “magnify the experience of breathtaking Biscayne Bay and Atlantic Ocean views as well as dynamic views of the Miami skyline,” a website for the building points out. “Living rooms, bedrooms and entertainment spaces have all been designed with East-to-West flow-through floor plans to capture this mesmerizing panorama.”
