The Nintendo Switch 2 has been available for several months now, following its release back in June of 2025. However, the console has not yet established a significant library of games — something that is not entirely surprising, as new systems often launch with just a few first-party titles. That will change in 2026, with Nintendo set to release a collection of highly anticipated titles that will undoubtedly make fans of the Japanese company and its franchises very happy.
While gamers can indulge in the vast library of the original Nintendo Switch console, the next 12 months will bring plenty of brand-new games for players to enjoy across a range of genres and series. Here’s the confirmed games coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in early 2026.
