Hallmark star Tamera Mowry-Housley and her family have been working on renovating their dream home. The family bought a property in Napa Valley, California, and they are taking fans along for the ride.
The star of “All’s Fair in Love & Mahjong” has been working with her husband, Adam Housley, on documenting the renovations. They have launched a YouTube series titled “The Housley Farm,” where they are sharing updates of the lengthy process.
Their latest update brought in their kids, Aden and Ariah, to help show off the incredible new property.
Tamera Mowry-Housley’s Family Loves Their New Property
The new YouTube upload is titled “Taking a Tour of Our New Home.” This is episode 3 of “The Housley Farm.”
The group’s mission for this episode was to hike through parts of the property they hadn’t explored much yet. Mowry-Housley admitted that she was pretty wary of what she might come across.
Housley provided some insight into how the family’s new Napa Valley property is laid out. He shared, “Bottom layer, vineyard and barn, next layer, pond, third layer is where we just were.” He noted that he thought they might put a nursery in that area and keep the grass cut low.
Another spot right off the dirt road appears to be the perfect place to put a swing, Housley suggested. He envisions a treehouse nearby, and Ariah mentioned perhaps they could add a picnic table.
A wild turkey in the woods interrupted the family’s filming for a moment. Before they walked on, Ariah declared she was naming it Linda.
The Hallmark Star’s Daughter Stole the Show
Mowry-Housley posted a short clip of episode 3 on her Instagram page, and fans loved it. Several expressed their excitement to check out the new episode, some seemingly immediately heading to YouTube to look for it.
One fan gushed, “Love this whole adventure.”
Another raved, “TAM!! Episode 3 was soooooo good!!!!!! I can’t wait for episode 4!
As much as fans loved the property tour, a major highlight of the video was Ariah’s singing.
“Her singing voice has [come] in, her mama and her auntie know how to sing heck they all know how to sing lol. It was just a matter of time before the kids got their vocals in,” someone commented.
“Aria is hilarious and I am enjoying the episodes,” added an additional fan.
The family’s new Napa Valley property contains 15 acres of land. In the initial episode of “The Housley Farm,” they explained that they had been searching for something like this for years.
The couple believes this is their dream home, but they are making major changes to parts of it. The house will be renovated in major ways, and they are envisioning changes to parts of the land, as well.
In explaining their quest, Housley shared, “We’ve been dreaming about this for a long time. Getting out of the city, getting into the country, teaching the kids and all of us how to be more sustainable to the land, having chickens and an orchard and vineyard.”
