New reports say Bradley Cooper has made a major move in his relationship with Gigi Hadid. Back in May 2025, the pair went Instagram official when the model shared a series of photos that included a shot of her and the “Hangover” star sharing a kiss as they posed beside a birthday cake.
Now, a source has told the Daily Mail, “Bradley asked Yolanda for Gigi’s hand in marriage,” referencing Gigi’s mother, former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Hadid.
According to the outlet, the insider said, “He wants her to know how serious he is about Gigi and how he plans to build a solid family with her in New York.”

The new report quotes a source as saying about Gigi’s relationship with Cooper, “Her mom, Yolanda, is on board, so that was a no-brainer. But Gigi telling her father she wants to marry Bradley is a big step, it’s much more official.” Gigi’s father is 77-year-old real estate developer Mohammed Hadid.
The report says the source added that Cooper has told his own mom, Gloria Campano, about his plans to “pop the question.”
The Daily Mail report also says a desire to raise their kids together is a “big reason” for wanting to take their relationship to the next level. Cooper is a dad to an 8-year old daughter, whom he welcomed with his ex, 39-year-old model Irina Shayk, in 2017. Hadid shares a 5-year-old daughter with former “One Direction” star Zayn Malik, whom she dated off-and-on from 2015 to 2021.
Cooper and Hadid have been dating since October 2023, according to the Daily Mail.

The couple gave a surprise joint interview around December 5 after being stopped on the street by the Instagrammer Confidence Heist. “What makes you confident?” he asked, to which the Guest In Residence founder replied, “Finding confidence.” The couple then kindly greeted the content creator, who introduced himself as “David,” before Cooper revealed his own key to confidence. The “A Star Is Born” actor said the thing that makes him confident is being alive.
Gigi Hadid then offered a confidence tip for anyone struggling. “Take it day by day,” she suggested before the duo ducked into a building.
Cooper wore a warm-looking puffer jacket and shades, while Gigi wore a long gray coat with oversized shades. Her hair was in a short, tousled bob.
