Camille Grammer Issues Classy Response to Recent Dorit Kemsley Comments

Dorit Kemsley and Camille Grammer, now Meyer, have had a strained relationship since season 9 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Fans will recall that they later came face-to-face in season 14. More recently, Meyer shared her honest thoughts about Kemsley, prompting a back-and-forth between them.

Grammer took to her official Instagram account following Kemsley’s recent TV appearance. She began, “Here’s my response to Dorit’s sassy comment on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ last night.”

She continued, “Dorit, consider season 9, what I said, a gift cause you got to play the victim, and that season would have played out very differently for you.”

After that, Grammer mentioned some of Kemsley’s controversies from RHOBH season 9, including the dog scandal involving Lisa Vanderpump.

Kemsley appeared on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” on June 3 to promote her new book, “Unburdened.” While there, Andy Cohen took a question from a fan who asked for her response to Grammer’s recent comments about her.

She responded, “Well, how shocking. This is the only person in the world who can resuscitate something from 10 years ago. God bless her.”

Regarding what started the back-and-forth, Grammer appeared on a May 2026 episode of the “Humble Brag” podcast, co-hosted by Crystal Kung Minkoff and Cynthia Bailey. During it, she asked the hosts who they believed had changed the most from the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

For context, Minkoff is a former RHOBH star, and Bailey is close with several of the ladies. Minkoff first said that Kemsley had changed the most.

Grammer agreed before noting that she “turned into a monster” in the most recent season. She also accused her former co-star of being “full of herself.”

Minkoff then defended Kemsley, saying she doesn’t think she’s become a monster. Grammer went on, “Well, that’s nice because I’ve had the Dorit monster come for me and I’ve seen the nice, sweet Dorit and I’ve experienced that, too.”

Still, toward the end of the clip, Grammer admitted that she has “sympathy and empathy for Kemsley,” given all she’s enduring with her divorce.

Fans Want Camille Back on The Show

Despite appearing on season 14, the last time Grammer was featured on RHOBH as a friend of the show was in season 9. Now, following her response to Kemsley, many fans are calling for her to return, perhaps as a main cast member.

One person said on Instagram, “Queen Camille, we need you to come back and snatch her diamond.” Another fan wrote, “Bravo needs to offer her a full-time contract for season 16. The show needs her.”

After that, a different RHOBH watcher wrote, “Imagine the compelling television we’d get with Camille back on our screens. Please bring her back.”

Lastly, someone else stated, “Camille, I’ve always loved you, since the beginning of the RHOBH franchise. You were an observer, never drank the Kool-Aid, showed vulnerability and class, and always leveled the playing field in an authentic, heartfelt way. Blessings always.”

Currently, it’s unclear who will return for season 16 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
