Denise Richards will be opening up about her divorce in the upcoming season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” according to the recently released season 15 trailer.
Bravely Addressing Her Divorce Head-on
Denise spoke about her ongoing divorce from Aaron Phypers for the first time in an Instagram video she posted on August 21.
Getty“Just a little moment of gratitude,” Denise wrote in the caption of the post. “Thank you for your love — your kindness and support don’t go unnoticed. It means a lot to me.”
“I was just checking in to see how your summer has been. My summer’s been wonderful.” Denise admitted at the start of the video that her summer actually hasn’t been that good.
“But, I’m going to pretend like it’s all good. I’ve actually been posting on Instagram like nothing’s going on in my life, and I can’t do that anymore, because there’s something obviously going on,” the actress continued.
“Many of you have been so kind and so supportive of me, that, I see all of your messages, I can’t comment because that’ll be taken out in the press.”
“But, I just wanted to, in all seriousness, say that this has been a very, very difficult time. It’s so hard to go through a divorce, many of you have gone through that,” Denise said. “This isn’t my first one, it’s my second one, and I never thought I’d get divorced again, this is why I always say, ‘Never say never.’”
“But I really just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your supportive, kind, thoughtful, encouraging messages, because this has been a very difficult time, and there’s circumstances around my divorce that are difficult to talk about, which, one day, I will talk about it, when the time is right. I just want to process everything and get through this. So it has not been easy. So your messages mean a lot,” Denise thanked her fans.
What to Expect in Season 15 of ‘RHOBH’
As shown in the season 15 trailer, Denise asked, “how could you release pictures of your wife naked?”
Erika Jayne then asks Denise, “are you afraid?”
Denise responds, “Yeah, very.”
The official announcement for this upcoming season further teases that after Denise’s return she “meets up with a few of the women in the midst of her headline-making divorce, and they lend her needed support.”
