On Monday’s episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” tensions boiled over at Forrester Creations as Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) faced the consequences of his fight with RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti). While one young employee found himself out of a job, another couldn’t hide his satisfaction over the outcome.
Elsewhere, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) continued building the foundation for Logan by recruiting an important ally, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) remained focused on his ambitious plans for the company, and Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) struggled to process the fallout from the ongoing feud between Will and RJ.

Will Is Fired From Forrester
Tuesday’s episode opened in the CEO office at Forrester Creations, where Will continued arguing that RJ had no authority to fire him. RJ wasted no time reminding him that his days at the company were numbered, repeatedly taking jabs at him while Ridge, Steffy, Carter, and Brooke looked on.
Eventually, Ridge made it official and informed Will that his employment with Forrester was over.
Will immediately pushed back, arguing that RJ had been provoking him for months and questioning why he was the only one facing consequences. Carter acknowledged that RJ had played a role in escalating tensions between the two men, but the decision stood.
The confrontation quickly became personal. RJ labeled Will a lowlife just like Bill, while Will accused RJ of acting like a spoiled mama’s boy who couldn’t stand on his own. He also insisted that RJ’s obsession with him stemmed from his interest in Electra.
Before leaving, Will told Ridge and the rest of the Forrester family that he thought they had accepted him. Instead, he now believed they only saw him as a Spencer. With that, he walked out of the office for good.
Hope Brings Deke To Logan
Meanwhile, Hope met with Deke at Brooke’s house and opened up about her future plans.
Although she had publicly framed her departure from Forrester as a leave of absence, Hope admitted that she was actually leaving the company permanently. However, she wanted everything in place before making that announcement official.
Hope explained that she needed people she trusted around her as she prepared to launch Logan and once again encouraged Deke to join her. While he remained hesitant, Hope convinced him to attend an important meeting before making a final decision.
At Spencer, Bill, Liam, and Katie continued discussing Logan’s future and how they could control the narrative surrounding Hope’s departure from Forrester. Bill remained confident that securing the Hope Diamond would generate enough publicity to keep attention focused on the new company.
When Hope arrived with Deke, the group made their pitch. Katie reminded him that she had wanted to hire him before circumstances changed, while Bill emphasized that the opportunity was too good to pass up.
After hearing everyone out, Deke finally agreed to join Logan, earning cheers and congratulations from the group.
Electra Learns The Truth About The Fight
Elsewhere at Forrester, Dylan filled Electra in on what had happened between Will and RJ.
As he recounted the details of the confrontation, Dylan explained that much of the tension between the two men centered around Electra. Although she insisted she never wanted to be the source of conflict, she couldn’t help but react to the revelation that both men had been fighting over her attention.
Later, RJ tracked Dylan down in the showroom and proudly shared that Will had been fired. Rather than showing any regret over the situation, RJ appeared pleased with how everything had unfolded.
Will And Electra Refuse To Let RJ Win
Following his termination, Will found Electra in the design office and broke the news himself.
Electra was devastated to learn that he had lost his job and admitted she hated the idea that they would no longer be able to work together every day. She also worried that she may have played a role in everything that happened.
Will quickly dismissed that idea and placed the blame squarely on RJ. According to Will, RJ had been trying to come between them from the beginning.
As the conversation came to an end, Will asked Electra to promise that they wouldn’t let anyone interfere with their relationship. Electra agreed, and the couple stood united despite the latest obstacle standing in their way.
With Will officially out at Forrester and Deke now on board at Logan, the rivalry between the Forresters and Spencers appears to be heating up. Meanwhile, Electra and Will remain determined not to let RJ come between them, setting the stage for even more drama in the days ahead.
