Tristan Rogers made one final appearance on “The Young and the Restless,” after he passed away on Aug. 15 at the age of 79.
His character, Colin Atkinson, returned for the episode where Cane, who is played by Billy Flynn, remembered a past conversation with his late father. He was at his father’s bedside when Cane offered his father some water.
“I don’t suppose you could put a drop of scotch in it,” Rogers’ character asked his son, who refused.
The show returned to the present where Cane recorded a video for his estranged children, reflecting on his difficult relationship with his father. He ultimately sent the video, while also having a flashback to another memory with Colin.
At the end of the episode, the show paid tribute to the actor with a title card that read, “In Loving Memory of Tristan Rogers 1946-2025.”
