Chris Harrison’s Wife Lauren Zima Graciously Responds to Fake Pregnancy Rumors

Former “Bachelor” host Chris Harrison and his wife, Lauren Zima, are not expecting a child together, despite viral pregnancy rumors.

Zima shut down pregnancy rumors with an Instagram post on November 10.

Lauren Zima and Chris Harrison Are Not Pregnant

The former Entertainment Tonight correspondent took to social media to explain that the rumors are simply that.

“Hey y’all. So, people are sending me this post that is claiming to be news. Someone has edited our photo to make me pregnant, and this account has proclaimed the news that Chris and I are expecting,” she began, alongside a screenshot from a Facebook post.

In the digitally altered photo, Harrison and Zima are posing for a photo dressed for a night out. Zima is photoshopped to be seen cradling her apparent baby bump as the post reveals the pair is “expecting their first child.”

In the original images, shared by the couple on November 7, there is no baby bump in sight, and Zima’s arms are located near her hips.

“Misleading headlines are one thing — we don’t address them and they don’t bother us. I’ve seen clickbait headlines about us and baby news/divorce/etc before and ignored them. It comes with the territory,” she continued. “But here, an account that alleges to report news has fully, falsely said that I am pregnant, and changed my body. Creating a bump, creating a baby.”

Zima used the opportunity to remind fans that “much of what we see online is fake.”

“I’m sure my fellow women can understand the complexities, emotions and strangeness of this,” she wrote. “Thank you to all the sweet folks who sent this our way with kindness and love. Chris and I are deeply grateful for the people we see so often, both online and in the real world, who make our days with your love and support.”

Fans Share Support for Chris Harrison and Lauren Zima

The couple — who tied the knot in November 2023 — were flooded with love and support from friends and fans.

“I am so sorry people are so weird and do things like this. 2. I literally just panicked thinking ‘WE TOOK A SHOT BEFORE THE SHOW WHAT HAVE I DONE'” Elyse Myers wrote with a crying laughing emoji.

“I hate AI for so many reasons but this is one of them. This is so gross, I’m sorry!” another follower noted.

“I literally shouted ‘ARE YOU JOKING WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE’ when i saw it. Knowing they even moved your arms and created a bump is just lunacy,” a third chimed in. “I’m so sorry you’re having to even address this.”
