Noah Erb’s “trim” turned into a full transformation.
The Bachelor Nation star, who appeared on both “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise” and recently won the franchise’s newest spinoff “Bachelor Mansion Takeover,” shared an Instagram video this week showing the result of a haircut that turned out very different from what wife and Bachelor Nation fan-favorite Abigail Heringer expected, along with her reaction to seeing it for the first time.
Erb captioned the post, “Is this my best era?”

Fellow Bachelor Nation star Serena Pitt also weighed in. “I gasped out loud!!” she said.
Erb’s twin brother and Bachelor Nation star, Aaron Erb, also reacted in the comments, joking that he could have handled the trim himself.

GettyErb documented the haircut earlier in the day, showing himself at a salon as he considered going shorter.
“Alright, you ready?” he says to the hairstylist before the cut begins.
He checks his hairline, then commits to the change. As the stylist starts shaving his hair down, he reacts in the moment and jokes, “ruh roh,” as the buzzcut takes shape.
The video follows the shift from his longer hairstyle to the finished look before he heads home to surprise his wife.
When Heringer sees the haircut, her reaction is immediate.
“Oh my gosh!” she exclaims, while sitting on the couch listening to Justin Bieber’s “Beauty and a Beat” in the background.
“Do we like it?” Erb asks her.
“Why do you look like a teenager?” she replies, laughing.
She then adds, “No, it looks really good!”

GettyHeringer followed up with her own video the next day, offering another look at the transformation.
“Told me he was just getting a trim 😟,” she wrote.
In the clip, she is seen touching his head as she reacts to the shorter style.
“Why do I feel like I’ve dated like five different Noah’s with all the haircuts?” she says.
Erb also hints at what could come next, mentioning that he may grow his mustache back.
“Wait no, it looks really good,” Heringer tells him.
GettyThe haircut wasn’t a total surprise to Heringer, though she didn’t know how it would turn out. She shared a screenshot of their text messages showing Erb mid-cut with a razor to his head.
“marry someone that’ll keep you on your toes they said… how i found out @noah_erb was buzzing his hair off lol,” she wrote.

Erb first appeared on Tayshia Adams-led season 16 of “The Bachelorette,” while Heringer competed on season 25 of “The Bachelor,” starring Matt James.
They later met on season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise” in 2021, where they formed a connection early in the season before splitting ahead of the finale. The two reconciled after filming and continued their relationship off-screen.
