On October 6, Gomez took to Instagram to celebrate Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl” album with a look at some of their recent bestie moments — at her wedding.
“In honor of SHOWGIRL … blessed to have you by my side almost 20 years later gator! I love you @taylorswift forever and always,” Gomez wrote in the caption.
The actress included a video of her wedding veil being placed on her head while the singer gushed about the beautiful bride.
“Are you even serious? What? Look at her,” Swift said, as she captured both of their reflections in a mirror. “Oh my god!”
“I’m so happy! I’m getting married — finally!” Gomez said. Swift added another, “Oh my god” about her friend’s gorgeous wedding day glow.
“I love it so much,” the actress said about her veil.
In the photos, Gomez and Swift were snapped having a cute cocktail moment in one pic and sharing a hug in another image.
During an interview on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up on October 6, Swift shared how “beautiful” Gomez was when she married producer Benny Blanco on September 27, 2025, in Santa Barbara, California.
“Not just the most beautiful bride,” she said. “Just like the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.”
Swift explained how “happy” she is when her friends “find happiness.”
“[I’m] just so happy, and she deserves it so much. And you only wish that for people, you know?” she noted.
