Another Schedule Change for ‘The Voice’ Season 28: When to Watch the Remaining Knockouts

NBC is keeping fans of “The Voice” on their toes during Season 28, with multiple schedule changes. On November 3, 2025, fans will find the show — and the first full episode of Knockouts — at a new time: 9 p.m. Eastern time instead of 8 p.m. Eastern time. And they’ll only run for one hour versus two.

It’s the latest schedule shift for the talent competition, featuring coaches Snoop Dogg, Michael Bublé, Reba McEntire, and Niall Horan — and there are more changes to come. Here’s what’s going on and what to expect next.

NBC Says New Start Time for ‘The Voice’ Will Remain for the Rest of the Season

The new start time for “The Voice” at 9 p.m. Eastern will remain for the rest of the season, according to NBC, with new episodes available to stream on Peacock the following day.

The Knockouts will air every Monday this month, ending on November 24, per NBC. There will then be two nights of Playoffs — on December 1 and December 8, both starting at 9 p.m. Eastern time. The season will wrap up with a two-night Live Finale, on December 15 and 16.

Why so many changes? Season 28 of “The Voice” premiered in mid-September, with episodes on Monday and Tuesday nights. But the show’s airtime was cut in half starting the week of October 20, airing only on Mondays due to NBA games appearing on NBC for the first time in two decades.

In addition, NBC is making room for several sitcoms and dramas. On November 3, “The Voice” will be sandwiched between the season premiere of “St. Denis Medical,” airing two back-to-back episodes starting at 8 p.m. Eastern time, and a new episode of “Brilliant Minds” at 10 p.m. Eastern time.

Who Made It Through ‘The Voice’ Season 28 Knockouts So Far?

During the Battles, the coaches narrowed down their artist rosters from 12 artists per team to eight. As the Battles ended during the October 27 episode, “The Voice” started the Knockouts midway through the two-hour show.

They also introduced the new Mega Mentors, Joe Walsh of The Eagles and Zac Brown of The Zac Brown Band. Walsh is assisting McEntire and Horan with their team rehearsals, while Brown is working with Team Snoop and Team Bublé.

Three artists made it through their Knockouts during that episode. McEntire chose Aubrey Nicole over Leyton Robinson, Snoop went with Ralph Edwards over Kenny Iko, and Sadie Dahl beat out Ava Nat on Team Niall.

As a reminder, the Knockouts will continue tonight, November 3, at 9 p.m. Eastern time on NBC.
