“90 Day Fiancé” star Cortney Reardanz is celebrating a major personal milestone—and she’s sharing every detail with fans.
The reality star took to Instagram on Thursday, March 17, to reveal that she has officially reached her goal weight after losing more than 50 pounds.
“I finally reached my goal weight (150lb),” she proudly wrote, marking a significant moment in her ongoing health journey.

The TLC explained that much of her transformation has happened over time, including shedding 30 pounds since filming “Hunt for Love.”
Reflecting on her past, she admitted she didn’t fully recognize the changes in her body at first.
“I didn’t even realize how chubby I was because I always wear size M/L,” she shared, adding that her highest weight was 205 pounds.
Now, she says the difference goes far beyond the number on the scale.
“I have more energy. No more ‘food or alcohol noise’. No strict diet/exercise. I still enjoy going out to eat every day,” she added, emphasizing a balanced and sustainable approach to her lifestyle.
Reardanz has also been open about using GLP-1 medications as part of her journey, a method that has become increasingly common among those seeking long-term weight management.
