Kendra Duggar and Joseph Duggar Have Been Married Since 2017
Joseph, the seventh child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, met his future bride through church. After a whirlwind romance, Joseph proposed in May 2017.
Just three months later, the happy couple tied the knot in front of family and friends at the First Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Kendra’s father, a pastor, officiated the September 2017 nuptials—which later aired on TLC.
Following in the footsteps of his older siblings, the couple married young. Joseph was 23 years old, and Kendra was just 19.
Kendra Duggar Is a Mother
Shortly after tying the knot, Kendra and Joseph announced they were pregnant and expecting their first child together.
Son Garrett David Duggar was born June 8, 2018. The pair welcomed their second child, daughter Addison Duggar in November 2019.
In August 2020, Joseph and Kendra announced they were pregnant with baby No. 3.
“We are so excited to announce that we have a tie-breaker coming in February. Baby #3 is on the way! We are so excited to see Garrett and Addison’s reaction when they meet the new baby,” they shared at the time. “Garrett has already been such a loving big brother to Addison and we look forward to Addison’s reaction to a life size baby doll. Life is full of surprises and we’re thrilled that it is a sweet baby that surprises us this time!”
Daughter Brooklyn Duggar was born in February 2021. They quietly welcomed another son, Justus Duggar, in 2022.
Kendra Duggar Is a Stay-at-Home Mom
According to a Duggar Family Blog post from Kendra spends her time “taking care of [their] sweet little ones.”
“She always finds time to be active outdoors, join a game of volleyball, or sit down to play the piano,” the post read. “She’s also a great organizer and loves to help me with work projects when she is able.”
Kendra Duggar Is From a Large Family
While the size of the Caldwell family doesn’t quite compare to the 19 Duggar kids, Kendra comes from a relatively large family.
Kendra is the oldest child of Paul and Christina Caldwell. Also raised in Arkansas, Kendra’s siblings include Lauren Caldwell, Micah Caldwell, Nathan Caldwell, Timmy Caldwell, Olivia Caldwell, Jesiah Caldwell, Isaiah Caldwell, and Moriah Caldwell.
Kendra Duggar Lives a Private Life
After welcoming baby No. 3 in February 2021, Kendra has led a more private life. Her last social media post on the joint account she ran with her husband was shared in November 2021.
“Happy Birthday sweet girl!!! We love seeing this girl’s sweet little personality blossom over the last two years! Looking forward to making many more memories,” she captioned the post.
