Oteri took to Instagram on Tuesday, August 4, to share a video of herself at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California.
Fans can see as the comedic actress, who is wearing a hospital gown in the recording, explains that it’s her last day of radiation, which causes both the star and those around her to celebrate as she walks down the hallway and gives those who are watching a glimpse at the machinery she passes.
She can then be seen dressed in denim, and enthusiastically rings the bell that signifies that she’s finished her treatment.
In the caption, she wrote, “Okay I rang the bell 4 times, I was excited. Thank you to my amazingly talented surgeon @janiegrumley [Dr. Janie Weng Grumley] at Providence Saint John’s and champion of all things women’s health Dr. Sherry Ross @drsherryr.”
She finished her message by telling her fans, “Im healthy and feeling so much gratitude 💃🏻💝”
Oteri’s post prompted plenty of comments from her followers, including fellow “SNL” alum Vanessa Bayer, Rachel Dratch and Bobby Moynihan.

Oteri Explained Why She’s ‘Never Felt So Supported’
GettyFour months ago, Oteri was diagnosed with “ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), in which abnormal cells are confined to the milk ducts,” the Daily Mail reported, while also noting that she then “underwent surgery on April 26.”
Prior to the surgery, Oteri met Dr. Jill Biden on April 8, during an event organized by the Milken Institute, which is a nonprofit think tank.
During a chat on the “Dear Chelsea” podcast that was released on June 11, Oteri opened up about the experience and recalled what Biden told her, saying, “She said, ‘All right, you’re gonna get tired of me.’ And she says, ‘I’m going through this with you.’ This woman, like, before my surgery, after my surgery, she just, she goes, ‘I am with you on this.’ I was blown away.”
Oteri continued by explaining how Biden had offered ongoing support following the actress’s breast cancer diagnosis and throughout her battle with the disease, saying that the former First Lady “is a woman with a huge heart, and through everything, she’s like checking on me and just a beautiful human being. I’ve never felt so supported.”
