Aesha Scott is taking fans with her as she underwent getting her varicose veins removed.
In a refreshingly candid moment, the “Below Deck Mediterranean” chief stew opened up getting her veins fixed.
Scott took to TikTok prior to her procedure to tell fans how she was looking forward to it.
“I am so excited,” Scott told fans. She revealed that the condition runs in her family.
The Bravo star bravely opened up and said that the veins were getting “progressively worse and worse every year.”
Her video was filled with positivity and brought her signature humor.
She added that doctors recommended her to wait until after she had children as the veins could come back.
However, she decided she wanted to make the change sooner rather than later. “I’ve been sick of it for years. I’m going to deal with it now,” she told the viewers.
The Mayo Clinic describes the condition as “bulging, enlarged veins.” It is often just cosmetic but can cause an aching pain and discomfort.
Scott Gave Fans a Play-By-Play of Her Procedure
Later on, she switched to her Instagram Stories to let fans follow her journey as she underwent the medical procedure.
She shared a snap of herself covered in a blue medical tarp as her leg was prepped for surgery. She gave the camera a huge smile and two thumbs up as she wrote, “Ready to go!”
She recorded her leg as the doctor injected saline around her veins. Scott even shared a video of herself walking after the procedure as it went well and she told fans she wasn’t in any pain.
And very soon afterward, she was already home. “And there we have it!!! All done!” She wrote as she showed her leg resting on a couch.
Scott promised she would keep everyone updated as she heals.
Scott Is About to Tie the Knot

Scott recently opened up about her engagement to fiancé Scott Dobson, celebrating their coming marriage and the deeply meaningful ring he designed for her.
Dobson proposed to Scott in May 2024 in New Zealand, surprising her with a stunning custom engagement ring from designer Layla Kaisi, a piece rich with symbolism and sentiment, according to The Daily Dish.
Each accent diamond represents someone important in Aesha’s life, including a champagne-colored stone honoring her late brother, while the central diamond reflects her own journey and strength. The 18-carat yellow gold band embodies Scott’s grounding presence in her life.
The couple is planning to tie the knot in March 2026 in Scott’s home turf of New Zealand, where friends and family from around the world will gather to celebrate.
Scott has said she is excited not just to marry Scott, but to see “all of her worlds collide,” as loved ones from different parts of her life finally come together in one special moment.
