“Southern Charm” season 11 introduced viewers to Charley Manley and her brief romance with Craig Conover. According to comments from “Southern Hospitality” cast member Joe Bradley, there have been whispers that his co-star Justin Assad could be dating Manley.
While neither Manley nor Assad has confirmed the relationship, the rumors have sparked conversation among fans of both Bravo series.
‘Southern Charm’ Star Charley Manley Linked to ‘Southern Hospitality’ Star Justin Assad
Speculation about Manley and Assad began circulating earlier this month when the fan account Charleston Bravoholic claimed the two Bravo newcomers had been dating since September 2025.
Both reality stars joined their respective shows recently. Manley appeared on “Southern Charm” during season 11, while Assad made his debut on “Southern Hospitality” in season 4.
Joe Bradley addressed the rumors in an interview with Us Weekly on March 19, saying he has heard the chatter about a possible relationship.
“I’ve heard whispers,” Bradley said. “The world will find out the truth. But I’m not sure. So who knows?”
The rumored relationship comes after Manley’s short-lived romance with Conover played out on “Southern Charm.” During the season, the pair went on a date together before their relationship ended following a tense moment during the cast trip to Mexico.
During a March 11 episode of the Bravo series, Manley explained her decision to end the romance.
“I’m saying before I was seriously interested in you,” Manley told Conover.
“My switch flipped in Mexico. I only see us as friends now.”
Conover responded by sharing that he had developed strong feelings for Manley.
“I had a big enough crush on you, I would’ve picked you over my ex,” Conover said. “I didn’t think I would have felt that again.”
‘Southern Hospitality’ Newbie Justin Assad Has Been Open About His Dating Life
While the rumors about Manley continue, Assad has spoken openly about his approach to dating during season 4 of “Southern Hospitality,” which is currently airing on Bravo.
During one episode, Assad explained that he was enjoying life while looking for a more serious relationship in the future.
“I’m trying to squeeze the happiness out of life right now,” Assad said, adding that it had been “fun” to have one-night stands while figuring things out.
Assad joined the series as a new VIP host at Republic and quickly became part of the group’s dynamic, according to his official Bravo bio. In his introduction on the show, he explained that he had previously lived in several cities before returning to Charleston.
“I have a bit of history with Charleston,” Assad said in a confessional. “I used to live down in Charleston in 2019. And I did my time in Boston, L.A., and Sydney, Australia. And ultimately, I was at a crossroads in my life.”
He explained that a past relationship led him to return to the city.
“I was in a relationship,” Assad said. “The relationship went south, so I said (expletive) it. I’ll go south too.”
Bradley also described Assad’s personality in the interview with Us Weekly, saying that while his co-star can be messy at times, he has a positive side.
“He’s a little messy,” Bradley said. “But he’s a good guy. He actually has a big heart. He’s a pretty sensitive dude as well.”
For now, the rumored connection between Manley and Assad remains unconfirmed, but fans of “Southern Charm” and “Southern Hospitality” will likely keep watching closely for updates.
“Southern Charm” and “Southern Hospitality” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
