How to Vote by Text for ‘DWTS’ Contestants
The fastest and simplest way to cast your votes is to do so by text! Voting opens right at 8:00 when the show begins, and you can vote by text up to 10 times! All you have to do is take out your cell phone and text ALIX to 21523. Remember that standard text messaging rates apply.
“Dancing With the Stars” How to Vote Online
If you don’t want to send in your vote by text, you can vote online. Go to the ABC website at dwtsvote.abc.com. You are required to create an account before you can vote, but it only takes a few moments. After you’ve logged in, select Alix & Val and click “Save Votes.”
Keep in mind that you can vote 10 times each way! So you can vote for Alix & Val a total of 20 times if you utilize both voting methods (text and online).
How Did Alix Earle & Val Score Last Week?
Last week was “Wicked Night,” and Alix channeled Galinda the Good Witch in a glamorous pink costume. Alix & Val received a score of 35/40, finishing with the third highest score of the night. Jordan Chiles and her partner Ezra Sosa tied with Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas for the highest marks of the night, earning a 39/40. Robert Irwin, Elaine Hendrix, and Danielle Fishel all narrowly beat out Alix & Val, clocking a 36/40, per the Detroit Free Press.
Fan were very impressed with the pair’s dance, and took to the YouTube comments to say so. One viewer wrote, “Alix… THAT IS HOW YOU DO JAZZ! I saw storytelling, I saw pointed toes, the syncopation was on point! I loved the synchronicity. She captured the character’s personality & spunkiness beautifully! Another damn near perfect dance by Alix & Val! It’s a 9!”
