Alix Earle Says Her Mom Attended Every “Dancing With the Stars” Show Despite Cancer

Alix Earle opened up to a fan in the comments of her post about how her mom didn’t let the cancer diagnosis get in the way of supporting the 25-year-old during “Dancing With the Stars.” The fan wrote, “This is what she was struggling with during ‘DWTS'” and Alix replied, “We found about halfway through the season and she still showed up every week.”

Earle, who was partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy, was cheered on each week from the audience by many other members of her support system as well. She told People how she worked to accommodate all the family and freinds who wanted to come and watch, saying, “It’s a big family. They’re all coming out for the first show. And then I had to make an Excel doc for my friends, cause like, I can’t have you all here at the same time.” Ashtin was frequently seen in the audience as well as her dad, her little brother Thomas, and her stepmom, Ashley.
