Social media influencer and entrepreneur Alix Earle won many new fans during her run on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34. She and pro dancer Val Chmerkovskiy came in second during a razor-thin competition, losing the Mirrorball to Robert Irwin and Witney Carson.
Now that Alix has a new reality show in the making, many fans wonder where she might go next. Several have suggested that she could even be the next star of “The Bachelorette.”
But what did the 25-year-old say about her future with Bachelor Nation?
Alix Earle Dishes on a Possible Future as “The Bachelorette” Lead
Since “Dancing With the Stars” ended, Alix Earle joined the 2026 Live tour for select performances. Although preparing for the tour took quite a bit of time, she still found room in her schedule for more exciting projects.
Alix recently appeared on “TODAY” to discuss her professional endeavors. As they discussed her public presence, the hosts noted Alix had an amazing run on “Dancing With the Stars” and is launching another reality show on its heels. But they also wondered whether or not a reality dating show was in her future.
Amid the controversy surrounding Taylor Frankie Paul, ABC is looking for someone new and fresh to headline the show.
“Would you ever consider a reality dating show like ‘The Bachelorette?'” Matt Rogers asks. Jenna Busher Hager adds that many in the industry have suggested Alix’s name for the next lead.
Sadly for her fanbase, it doesn’t seem likely to happen anytime soon.
“You know, I wouldn’t. I don’t think that’s my thing,” the social media influencer insisted. “I love watching them, though.”
Fans Eagerly Await the Entrepreneur’s New Show
During her run on “DWTS,” Alix discussed the importance of family and how that fueled her career. Now, they’re taking things to the next level as they star on their own reality television show.
“We have a blended family … Through even my parents divorce, we all hang out together,” Alix described the family dynamic on “TODAY.” “So hopefully it’s a good representation of putting family first and really loving each other and the ups and downs that come with family.”
While excited about the new series, Alix admitted her family isn’t media-trained whatsoever.
“I’m used to cameras and stuff now a little bit more. My family — no, not media trained. Nothing,” she joked with the hosts.
Netflix reports the family’s new reality show will premiere sometime in 2026. ABC will likely air the next season of “Dancing With the Stars” this September.
