HGTV favorites Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas were forced to pivot their plans for 2026 after their hit show, “Bargain Block,” was canceled by the network.
‘Bargain Block’ Stars Announced Post-Show Plans
Bynum and Thomas announced their plans for 2026, months after their HGTV series was abruptly canceled.
“We hope everyone had a fun and restful holiday season! It’s officially back to work and full steam ahead for us over at Nine, and we are still accepting project inquiries for 2026,” the men announced in a joint statement shared via Instagram on Tuesday, January 6. “So if you have a design or renovation project you’ve been wanting to do, let us know! We take on small renovation projects all the way to brand new builds. We are a full service design and build company serving Michigan (or beyond for the right project!), and we love making our clients dream homes come to life.”
The duo added that fans can submit design inquiries through their website.
“We can’t wait to hear from you!” they concluded.
They previously teased their new “projects” in November with a series of photos from a road trip.
“Been a fun week! 9 states visited, got to see my dad, my sister, my niece, Texas, Vegas, LIZ, and of course Evian. Excited to show yall some of the projects!” they shared at the time.
‘Bargain Block’ Stars Voice Disappointment in Show’s Cancellation
After HGTV pulled the plug on Bynum and Thomas’ hit show in June, Bynum and Thomas shared their emotions via Instagram.
“Our entire business and lives have been put through the ringer at the hands of a giant corporation, yet we persist lol. Though you may not be seeing us for much longer on HGTV, we’re excited that we’ve built such an amazing base of followers and we’re very excited about the future,” he wrote on June 22. “Everyone always told us TV is a fickle world and they are very right. Tv is full of a lot of great people but it’s also full of some of the worst people I’ve ever encountered. Evan and I have always tried hard to stick to what we know and what we’re good at which is being ourselves. We love you all and we’re very excited to announce what’s next soon!”
The final episode of “Bargain Block” aired in September 2025.
“Many people have asked what’s next and the answer is…we’ll see! We are working with some amazing clients on some fun projects, and we can’t wait to show you!” they announced at the time.

Your show was my absolute favorite on HGTV. I wish you all the best of luck . Hope to see you on another show, another network or wherever. You guys are the best and you took over my heart.Good luck and very best wishes for your future.
I agree! They took one of the best off but left some really boring shows on. ☹️
I love this show, so very sorry they got cancelled. Hope they return – somewhere that we can all enjoy watching them and their creative work. Love you guys… (Canada)
Your show was one of the best, and I miss it.
I hope you come back bigger than ever, make a lot of money, and renovate my 1965 brick ranch!!
I miss you guys. I don’t suppose any projects you get will be on tv or at least YouTube
Can’t believe your show was cancelled. It was definitely the BEST of all the shows on HGTV. I hope we’ll see you guys on TV soon. Your renovations were awesome!
Having worked at a TV station for 25 years I had seen things come and go – but you should not be gone – after I retired I had all the time to watch what I wanted to – and you guys were at the top of the list – I sure hope somehow you get back on TV so me and all the many many people who watched you will be happy again! Thank you for the pleasure you showed us and keep up the great work…
I always loved watching your show and I miss it so much. Boo to HGTV for the cancellation, yet leaving others that are hopelessly boring and pure drivel.
I want you two and Shea back and I refuse to watch HGTV until you are.
