The Great Kentucky Cook-Off on ‘The Great Food Truck Race’ 2026
Last week on “The Great Food Truck Race” Season 19, the teams made their way to Dollywood and tried to sell to a theme park full of people. It was a very busy day, as the teams set a record for the highest one-day sales ever on the show. In the end, it was Jollof Bowl and Hele Roll in the bottom two. They competed in the Taste Redemption Challenge, which saw Jollof Bowl eliminated and headed home.

There are three teams left in the race. The only guarantee of making it to next week’s finale will be having the top sales this week in Louisville, Kentucky. The teams are heading there, trying to find spots to park. We will provide updates as tonight’s episode airs, so keep refreshing this page for the latest results!
9:12 p.m. – The trucks struggle to find a spot. Hele Rolls got a partnership with a coffee shop, and they have a line down the street! Cason Funnel Cakes and Stuph’d end up on the same street. Stuph’d gets an extra hour of selling today because they won last week. For the Taste Challenge, the teams must make a dish with Kentucky’s state fruit: the blackberry. The winner gets $300 for their till.
9:22 p.m. – Tyler went around and tasted all the dishes for the Taste Challenge. Hele Rolls is out of food, except for their doughnuts. They decided to shut down the truck and go to the store, so they have more to sell. Smart to shut down mid-day or a risk? We shall see!
9:34 p.m. – Hele Rolls headed to the store. They got ingredients that didn’t take long to cook. Cason was going to switch locations, but then traffic picked up big time. Tyler texted to announce the winner of the Taste Challenge, which was Hele Rolls. They got $300 for their till, as sales for the day were winding down. After an extra hour of sales for Stuph’d for winning last week, all trucks are closed for the night!

9:41 p.m. – Sales are done for the day. The teams meet Tyler. The top-selling team set a record tonight:
- First Place – $3,286 – Hele Rolls (for getting the top position, they win the Pole Position Prize and will find out next week what that means)
- Second Place – $1,677 – Stuph’d Beignets & Burgers
- Third Place – $1,003 – Cason Funnel Cakes
That means Stuph’s and Cason will compete in the Taste Redemption Battle.
Taste Redemption Battle
9:43 p.m. – For this challenge, the teams have to create a dish using beer cheese as an ingredient. The guest judge tonight is Kelsey Murphy.
9:58 p.m. – The teams get their dishes in place. It’s now time for the judges to taste them:
- Cason Funnel Cakes – Kelsey said she’s getting the heat on the back of her throat. The texture is key. They layered the flavors nicely. She is getting a lot of barbecue, but not the flavor of the beer cheese. Tyler said this is a fun dish. A lot is going on, and beer cheese isn’t at the top.
- Stuph’d Beignets & Burgers – Kelsey said this is a burger. A good damn burger. The beer cheese isn’t there for all the bites. Tyler said it’s great, but it’s almost salty.
Results: The judges discussed both dishes. Tyler said this was a difficult decision. The team eliminated tonight is Cason Funnel Cakes. That means Hele Rolls and Stuph’d Beignets & Burgers will be competing in next week’s finale!

We have felt that Stuf’d has been favored from the start and once again, eventhough Tyler and guest judge said they couldn’t taste the key ingredient in their burger – they were kept on rather than Cason Funnel Cakes. We were so sad to see them go and wish Hele Rolls the Best for the win! Go Hawaii!!!
