Dishing It Out at Dollywood on ‘The Great Food Truck Race’ 2026
Last week on “The Great Food Truck Race” Season 19, the teams made their way to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, for some smoky flavors. They had to incorporate a smoky ingredient into a special dish for the Taste Challenge, which Jolloff won. For the week, it was Hele Rolls with the lowest sales, but they had immunity. That left Waffadilla and Cason Funnel Cakes in the Taste Redemption Challenge, which Cason won. That meant Waffadilla was eliminated.
The journey continues tonight, with the remaining teams all fighting to be named the winner of “The Great Food Truck Race” Season 19. Find out who got eliminated on “The Great Food Truck Race” 2026 tonight in our live recap below!

Week 5 Begins
We are starting a new week in Dollywood. Things are going to get busy, as the trucks are already getting ready to open. We have a theme park full of people, so the pressure will be on. We will provide updates as tonight’s episode airs, so keep refreshing this page for the latest results.
9:10 p.m. – The teams are trying to recruit customers, as they all want to not go home. Meanwhile, they priced the fries wrong for Hele Rolls, so they’ve been undercharging customers and losing money.
9:19 p.m. – The teams compete in a carnival game to get ingredients for the Taste Challenge, which is cooking a dish with iconic Dollywood ingredients. This is what the teams end up with: cinnamon bread (Jolloff), fudge (Stuph’d), turkey legs (Hele Rolls), and candied jalapenos (Cason Funnel Cakes). Now the teams are trying to come up with their dishes after getting their ingredients.
9:31 p.m. – Tyler came around and tasted all of the dishes. He chose Stuph’d as the winner and gave them an extra $300 in their till. Dionne took the lead on that dish, so she was excited to win. The teams now have two more hours to sell, but Jolloff gets three more hours because of their win last week, so an extra hour for them. Moe brings a line of kids to Cason. Tyler comes to give good and bad news to Stuph’d.
Total Sales
9:42 p.m. – Sales are done for the day. The teams meet Tyler. The total sales for the day are the biggest ever for one day of sales:
- First Place – $2,435 – Stuph/d Beignets & Burgers (for getting the top position, they win the Pole Position Prize and will find out next week what that means)
- Second Place – $1,585 – Cason Funnel Cakes
- Third Place – $1,494 – Jolloff Bowl
- Fourth Place – $1,449 – Hele Rolls
That means Jolloff and Hele Rolls will compete in the Taste Redemption Battle, which is a first for both of them.
Taste Redemption Challenge
9:45 p.m. – The guest judge tonight is Arnold Myint. For this challenge, they will be cooking Dolly Parton’s favorite ingredient: potatoes. The teams will have 45 minutes to create a potato-focused dish to remain in the competition.
9:58 p.m. – They are both working on their dishes. Both come up with concepts pretty quickly. Potatoes do take a long time to cook, so finishing the dishes in 45 minutes is tough.
They got some final words of advice from Tyler. The teams get their dishes in place. It’s now time for the judges to taste them:
- Hele Rolls – Arnold said the sauce gives you that gravy feel. Tyler said their dishes are always pretty. He likes it. However, it’s a little heavy. Arnold said the potato on the inside is gritty.
- Jollof Bowl – Arnold said everything they’ve done in this competition is in this dish. He loves all the flavors, but is not sure if they should have. Tyler said this is a great dish, but where are the potatoes? Arnold said he hasn’t had a bite of potato.
Results: The judges discuss the dishes. The team eliminated tonight is Jollof Bowl. They loved the dish, but the challenge was potatoes, and they missed the mark on that. He did want to eat their entire bowl, but the team is headed home, which means Hele Rolls makes the final three!
