HGTV star Christina Haack received support from her fans after spending time with her ex-husband, Ant Anstead. Haack and Anstead share one child, a son, Hudson, and they put aside any differences when they attended his Christmas performance.

Haack and Anstead welcomed Hudson in 2019, and the pair shared a joint Instagram post on Thursday, December 18, showing how big he has gotten. The first photo shows the three of them posing for a picture. They are all smiling. The other four images are just of Hudson, who is so happy as he paints what appears to be a gingerbread decoration.
In the caption, the former couple shared their thoughts. “Ahhhh man! This time of year is the best!!” the caption reads. “Hudzo and his classmates CRUSHED this mornings Christmas gingerbread man performance! He sang and narrated like a pro! Cutest….! Well done the entire class! X (oh and never trust a fox!).” It is a sweet moment and one that undoubtedly meant so much to their son, which has prompted fans of Haack and Anstead to praise them in the post’s comment section.
“He got the best of both of you. That’s one good-looking kiddo,” a comment reads. “He is so cute. Love that you both co-parenting so well. He is so big now,” another person shared.

Getting Back on Good Terms
The former couple split in 2020, and initially, their split was contentious. For years, they spoke about nothing but their son, and there were no shared moments like this one. This is an incredible step in the right direction for Haack and Anstead, and that’s why fans love to see it.
They reconnected in March and have been working hard to build a better, stronger co-parenting relationship. Anstead even appeared as a guest judge on Haack’s HGTV series, “The Flip Off.” “He gave me a huge hug. We hadn’t hugged in years,” Haack said, People reports.
She continued, “He just said, ‘I’m so sorry for everything you’re going through, and I’m here for you no matter what you need.’ It was a very nice moment. We had a long talk after, and we decided to put all the BS aside and be good co-parents.”
