On April 30, Sherrod took to Instagram to share some gorgeous vacation photos.
“Road to 50! As I begin this walk toward my 50th year, I feel a both a sadness and a peace,” she wrote in the caption.
Sherrod continued, “I find myself grieving the things I’ve not yet experienced, yet have a warm peace because I’ve still got so much life in me to do them. So let’s go ya’ll 🐦🔥🐦🔥🐦🔥 This next chapter isn’t about achievement, it’s about skipping, laughing, dancing, and freedom.”
The “Married to Real Estate” star added, “But of course my kids want to come along … you’ll see what I mean on the last frame as Mony and Kendall butt in on my sexy yacht trip. 🤣🤣”

The “Married to Real Estate” star has been putting some of the focus on herself as she approaches the big birthday.
On March 21, Sherrod took to Instagram to share a gym mirror selfie photo of her flexing her bicep.
“Transformation in progress 💪🏽🏋️♂️,” the former HGTV star shared in the caption.
She added, “Evolving into the version of me I always dreamed about. Watch me rise 🐦🔥🐦🔥🐦🔥.”
Fans praised Sherrod for her hard work, with one commenting, “I mean the body was already bodying … are we ready for a leveled up version?!”
Sherrod responded, “Yes a toned, healthy, optimized version.”

On March 9, Sherrod took to Instagram to admit that she might be having a mid-life crisis, as she shared her plans for her first tattoo.
“The best math you can learn is how to calculate the future cost of current decisions,” she shared in the caption, adding, “so anyway, about this tattoo artist.”
In the video, Sherrod said, “Hey guys, I don’t know what it is — if I’m about to go through a mid-life crisis or what — but I want a tattoo. I don’t have any tattoos on my body and I want a tattoo.”
She continued, “I want one of a phoenix rising and I want it to go around my waist and up my back. I’m ready to do this.”
The “Married to Real Estate” star asked fans for their recommendations. “So, who is the best tattoo artist? I don’t care, I’ll go anywhere. Who is the best tattoo artist in the nation? Tag them please,” she noted.
Sherrod added, “I’m serious. I’m going to take you on this journey with me when I get it done too. Don’t talk about me, because I think it is a mid-life crisis, but I’m going to do it.”
